my sim came back with that moodlet while pregnant I was like …???
I just right click it to remove that moodlet using the UI Cheats

Sofia getting high was actually an unseen crossover event. Barbie has been trying to recapture her youth and hanging out at the high school getting stoned with teenagers. She whipped out the bong (as usual) and Sofia couldn't resist

I'd love a continuation of adding in some drama of Sophia graduating early because she's had a little whoopsie baby while trying to seek the love she doesn't get at home in all the wrong places. I'd like to see Trashbag Dad realising his years of addiction and child neglect were a big factor in this result happening, so decides to try and be supportive. Taking care of the baby while Sophia goes to Uni in the day, signing both girls up for counselling, and him saving money to sit in on parenting skills classes as well as on any parenting books.
He can't change the past, but he can try and change the future for the better.

My head cannon is that the Mum was breaking stuff to force Trash Bag to fix it to het him out of his depression and show him that the girls need him. She then continues to break things to increase his handiness skill so that he has more life skills to provide for the girls. If his handiness gets even better he can move from visual art to sculpture making and furniture making.
Hilariously I've started saying "GREAT SUCCESS!" when I do the bare minimum good job, so thanks for that lol. I love these play throughs, so good to feel good knowing I'm doing better than trash bag dad :)

i don't even think badgers are so violent,,, the mum definitely peeved them off somehow. perhaps we don't have the full story
It was actually inspired by a true story..my husband was chased by a gang of badgers as a kid and now he's terrified of them!

I'm doing this storyline at the moment, he was high alot 😂 I have health redux mod as well and unfortunately he had a heart attack and died, so the teen is on her own now (I did just one kid)
Basmental Dr*gs reli spices up your game. I put it in before my sim got pregnant and then when I found out she was I was like: Aight mrs it's time to clean up your act now. No more g*nja for you for a while.
So I emptied out her inventory and moved the stuff from around her house. Fast forward to the second trimester and the cheeky lil madam has pinched one of her hubby's spl*ffs!! 😲🤦♀😆
In hindsight I shoulda removed the mod altogether but this was funny and made my game more enjoyable as the shock value was so real lol
I'd deffo recommend grabbing the mod if you're 18 and above. It's brilliant 😁

i think sofia smoking ties into the story line, like how you said “what would your mom think about this” from the dad, maybe that was his breakthrough and he realized he needed to do better because what would his wife think of him??

I'm late on this but if you want to stop your teen from getting high at school, disable them being susceptible to drugs in the Basemental settings. I normally have to select this for all my teens I don't want stoned (in my family and ones that aren't) at least once per save but it sometimes saves the setting for their offspring.
