- I’ve made a few videos now with various storyline ideas and challenges to play out in The Sims 4, and I thought what better time than now to try a few of them out! So in this video I’ll be playing with twin sisters, but only controlling one of them.
My sims mission is to make her sisters life so miserable and make her so angry that she dies! I’ll be exploiting the anger emotion and the badly cooked pufferfish to try and do this. Did I manage to kill her sister? You’ll have to watch to find out!
This video is essentially a speed run attempt at the opposite twins challenge. Have you tried this challenge yet?

A heads-up for anyone trying this, teens can't die from extreme emotions unless you mod that in. Anger, embarrassment and hysteria can only kill adult sims.
I don't think teens can die from emotional deaths. The easiest way is to have them blow out candles and age up in the middle of a mood swing like mortified
I actually had one of my twins die like that. As soon as she blew those candles out she died lol. I was shocked!
oh yeah, one of my twins in a legacy was enraged from just having a mood swing and when he aged up with his sister died!
Same. One of my sims was only angry. She blew out the candles and I had her go pee and she never made it to the toilet
Teen can die of emotional deaths. I had one die of hysteria.
It happened it my 100 baby challenge I'm all does that still count as raising my kid to young adult or not. I decided it did like yeah your 18 now it's not my fault you died.

I had a sim die from joy once, she was playful, then was celebrating her wedding when she died from hysteria, let's just say I was hysterical after that

Really? The pufferfish nigiri worked for me the very first time i tried. It helps if the sim has a low cooking skill, is in a bad mood, and it was cooked on a low quality stove
Yeah. I've had the pufferfish work even when I don't intend it to. I had a sim who autonomously made it for himself and died because it was poor quality because he was in a shit mood when he made it. I also had an occasion when my Sim's mom came over and there was some pufferfish in the fridge which she helped herself to and she died on my couch after eating it.

I'm not sure teenagers can die from emotional states, just because if you've got Parenthood they have mood swings and go to the extremes anyway. I reckon if you have Parenthoood, they're immune

I think hysteria may still be fatal, since it isn't one of the teen mood swings. I need to test that, and it's pretty easy to have happen.

ever since sims 2, i would always play the pleasant sisters to become mortal enemies lol. id make the nice one go rogue and the mean one be nice. it would make them both miserable while making me say MWAHAHA I WIN EA

My gold digging sims did that with a townsie couple. She cheated with the husband and the wife eventually died 😑 i didnt know about the flaming spaghetti. I always make my Sims cook it thinking they'll love the spice like I do 🤣🤦🏾♀️ oops
