Even though the 20th Anniversary already passed, I thought of uploading this regardless. Considering how Trueblade Seeker made some awesome adjustments to the Data YX fight, I wanted to try and no damage it with the abundance of moveset modifications to Sora that have been released! I see this as an anniversary for modding and Kingdom Hearts alike!

The entire thing was so satisfying and cinematically climactic. Whittling his health down to nothing with the shotlock, forcing him into timestop mode, then after breaking his armor, finishing him off with the form finisher as the music reached its climax was honestly chilling and oh so satisfying to watch.

Honestly thought I was the only one that remembered this L'impeto Oscuro mix. Hands down the best version of Mysterious Figure/Young Xehanort's theme.

Wish someone made a tutorial on how to use the ModLoader. I tried it once but couldn't figure it out. :(
Same honestly. I was only able to get the crown because I followed the instructions from the Vicennial trace nexus page. I mostly know that you press f1 to open the modloader ingame and then you type something and it should load in.
@@quoy4 I don't want the Crown TBH. Can I play the anniversary with out it? Also do you know the commands to teleport to different maps? Im asking in their discord but they aren't answering sadly. :( My new PC is coming in so gonna have a blast with this. I wish I can use other mods like play as Vanitas, or Terra in the Anniversary mod.
@@blade8005 Playing KH3 mods is super simple once you know the process. You just need to made a folder called "~mods" in the folder called "paks" and drop all your mods in there.
You don't even need the Modloader for most mods, but the Modloader itself works the same way: just drop it in your "~mods" folder. From there, press F1 in-game and type the command for the mod (the mod author should have included it in the description for their mod on Nexus) and you're done.
Also, you can play the Vicennial Trace mod without the crown.
@@blade8005 Oh, right, for loading into maps, you use mod menus for that. There's a couple different ones out there, so let me know if you want suggestions. I mainly used the C-Mod menu, for which the author made a pretty solid tutorial for in RUclips. You can just search it up. C-Mod causes crashes with the newly-released Coliseum mod though, so I switched to a slightly more complex one.
@@blade8005 Oh yeah, last thing. I think most character mods should work with the anniversary mod, it's just that some things won't be fully compatible or may look weird.

20th Anniversary Sora, huh? So does it have all the abilities Sora's gotten throughout the years all in one?
Still wouldn't be as good as Boss-Tier Sora.
Remember, Xion is part of Sora.
Roxas, is part of Sora.
Ventus clearly lent some of his power to Sora.
Honestly, I think we've really only seen Xion at full power (Data Xion), and have never seen Roxas or Ventus at 100% ass-kicking power.
All in all, I believe that when we play as Sora, we're really only harnessing 0.01% of his real power.
even with the mods seen here, I'd say we're sitting at a nice 0.5% power. For comparison, we know he's stronger than Xion (let's say 33% power) as well as Master Xehanort (60%; 80% in ReMind); The only one who we Know matches Sora, is Yozora. Even then, I believe Yozora holds back a lot of his strength (He's a videogame character in Verum Rex... Did he get Playable-Nerfed too?), looking at the ad vs the fight; The Gigases caught in the MASSIVE power-stealing orb stood no chance and were decimated in a second, meanwhile all Yozora does in the fight is just trap us and steals our power, then give it back once he's had his fun. He could've used all the magic, and yet only went for Waterga and nothing else. Wouldn't it've been so cool for him to use ALL the Magic, maybe healing himself by a bar or two?
TL;DR: Sora is an absolute powerhouse but we never get to really see it, only Xehanort and Yozora come close to matching him and the latter might actually outmatch him.

@@sasir2013 Yes, but compare Playable DW Roxas in Days to the boss we have in 2FM. He's much stronger (and faster, I believe) as a boss than he was as a playable. Besides, if Roxas and Xion are about the same fraction of Sora, (at least, i assume this, please do tell me if I'm wrong) then on top of that, compare 2FM Boss Roxas with 3RM Data Xion. Compared to Xion, it just looks like Roxas isn't even trying. Although, this could just be a difference in how the consoles work; After all, 18 years IS a big difference. I'm more or less saying that, however powerful Boss Roxas wouldve been in KH3, + Data Xion, + Ventus (nightmare..? Bit of a stretch) = however the hell powerful Sora is.
@@rickywalters7717 He's not stronger (As I say, he one shots neo shadows and beats the hell out of riku in the boss fight), and his speed depends on the player's build. One could even argue that his limit break, with the light pillars suddenly coming out of the floor is better that the balls of light from KH2.
And, the problem here, is that you're comparing them to data xion, who uses moves and a strenght that the real one doesn't display on her boss fight (Which applies to all the KH3 data versions).
Simply put, the data version is not the 100% xion. Keyblade graveyard xion is the 100% xion. The other is just a program made by cid. And even then, I consider the multiphase xion from the end of days stronger that both of them, but that one was artificially powered up, so I wouldn't count that
@@sasir2013 Your third paragraph isn't true. Nomura said that the Data Battles are what the Organization was supposed to be like in the story, but that would've made people just quit the game without ever finishing it so he decided to nerf them all. Data Xion is the real Xion at 100%
