Yeah it started looking good but once i seen him cutting an installed tile with wheel i knew the finished product would have tool markings and i was right, the Xs on the corners! I wouldve just removed the damaged tiles and cut new ones also under the drain itself needed tile underneith cause that was too much grout

seems like the drain was an afterthought. drain should be dry fit and tiles cut before installing to avoid nasty lines coming out of the corners of the drain.

disgusting quality and the blade over cuts are so unprofessional. But then again look at the crappy tile work to the right.
