What have you placed this sauce on?
A Philippine friend made some chicken pork dumplings, with their own style. I used your sauce and they loved it. A home run.

How long can we keep this in the fridge for? If we want to pre-make it and save extras.
On places that can't be said when children are nearby
Nuoc Mam! Yes! Love it on deep fried spring rolls. Love it with sliced daicon radish and carrots! Love it on broken rice with grilled chicken and pork chops too.
Thanks Maggie! 🥰
Instead of water I use a can of coco rico(coconut soda) it really elevates the sauce. Give it a try let me you know what you think, great video!
Thanks for the recipe! I have it at Vietnamese restaurants all the time but never knew how to make it.
I’m Vietnamese… just pronounce “Nuoc” with a “n” sound instead of “r” sound. With the “r” sound it’s a completely different word.
😂 thanks for the help! Vietnamese is extremely hard to learn!
I have been making a couple of different sauces like this one is the same as yours with a little more chilly peppers in it and the other i use for salad dressing has vinegar and sesame oil and seeds and i had not been putting water in it i will try this way the more i watch the more i learn and ive noticed theres a difference from north to south in ways are made just small things that give a different flavor or more or less heat i am having a lot of fun on this food adventure thank you for showing me another way
Thanks for the recipe. I’ve been looking for one for nuok mum.
You're very welcome! I hope you liked it!
Thank you sooo much!! Love your recipes !
I have had the tendency to pronounce Vietnamese using English rules. Like Pho as fo. But it’s correct pronunciation is fa. Cantonese is fun. Thanks for the recipe. I believe I’ve had it at the local Vietnamese restaurant. Each language has it’s own rules. Like hej is Swedish pronounced ha with a long a sound. That is your language lessen for the day, lol.
It isn’t fa either. It is more like fuh with a slightly elongated “uh” sound like fuh-h.
@@tvc184 I understand that it can be a dialect thing. My wife and I speak Cantonese most of the time. When I refer to people it sounds like yun in my dialect. Her dialect for people sounds like the translation for money in mine. Now mandarin is like a foreign language to me.
MmMmM... looks delicious. Thank you... great job!
