I usually wash the raw meats to rinse any blood and any bone fragments that may linger when it was butchered and processed. The roasted chicken drumsticks and vegetables looks delicious. I like to roast a whole chicken in the oven by butterflying the chicken. I baste the chicken every 30 minutes to keep it moist with the drippings.
