      I’ve had Mirlitons in Louisiana stuffed with crawfish étouffée and the were DELICIOUS!

    Just saw some Chayote at walmart and not sure what to do with them. Thank you! I was expecting you to say the Chinese word for Chayote though! Because I've been surprised by your cantonese before in some other videos. 😄

    Hi Maggie, another great recipe. I like your point about not overcooking it. It makes a world of difference as far as taste and texture. Standard to sample it to get that correct. That is why the old orientals saying is never trust a skinny chef. Not knocking you. ❤ your recipes. I made your famous char siu and it is still my favorite. I have finally found the right cut to get it very fat like I like it. It’s like Jung tai the fat part is the best part. I bet you can figure out that fat pork is my favorite. I guess we are real foodies. Thanks

      They dont taste like them though, but then again I’ve only had green papayas raw

    I love this recipe! I love chayote and shrimp, so this looks like heaven on a plate!
    A tip for peeling them: hold them with a paper towel 😊
