She does not make that much on Fiverr I can tell you. I make tons of money writing for famous clients etc and I've been doing it for 10 years. You would have to write like a maniac to make the kind of money she's talking about or do affiliate marketing or revenue sharing.

The best option would be to use a virtual machine to open the file. But it is easier said than done.
