The episode of little Jason & the elderly lady Ruby was so touching.....
The Carters weren’t meant to be a replacement but an enhancement to the rest of the cast. Michael did a good job as I thought they were likable. On another note, she has aged fantastically.

The arc of this new character Sarah working at the printing press was clever. I think introducing a family moving into the Ingalls’ house was challenging but like everything Michael Landon did was well executed!

I really enjoyed Mrs.Carter she stood up to Harriett she was intelligent and quite stunning 😍 I loved her powerful voice and they way she carried herself! What a wonderful wonderful show I watched as a child now (50) but I’ve been rewatching from the beginning and I’m in love I made my 12 year old a fan ❤ I hope she watches with her children one day! Thank LHOP for bringing so much comfort in our home❤
My favorite episode with Sara was Sins of a Father. You can't help but to cry. What a beautiful episode ❤️
I remember the scene when the neighbor shows up at their hours in the middle of the night hysterical because the father printed her story in the paper
I had such a crush watching Sarah Carter as a 10 year old boy. And after watching this interview, that crush is still there!

I can see how. I saw her last weekend at the Little House 50 year anniversary in Simi Valley. I signed up for a photo with the entire cast. Absolutely something I'll treasure forever. Anyway, they had us in a room and you can see the cast coming in one by one. I saw Pamela come in and I couldn't figure out who she was. I said to my husband this can't be Sarah Carter beacuse I'm 50 and she'd have to be 70 by now. This woman looks my age. lol. It was her. She looks even prettier in person. And she's so sweet!
I actually didn’t mind the Carters. I know some people weren’t fans, but I thought they were nice family.💁🏻♀️
When the focus turned to almanso and laura in the last season, the carters played an importent part

Went to the festival over the weekend, this lady was the nicest person there, went out of her way to take pictures with strangers including my group for free! Heard more good stories about her at the event!
Laura and Manly were married Charles moved his family to the city. And I can see the simplier Carters with Charles and Caroline. Love the Carter family❤ awesome cast after 50years
Oh goodness! This takes me back. I was in elementary in the early 1980s, close to Jason Carter's age. I can remember problems in school back then of kids taking each other's pencil boxes and medal lunch boxes, LOL
I remember those hairdos on young boys back then, I was 1 of them, LOL

I’ve always wondered whatever happened to Pamela roylance
I never really warmed up to changes of the characters in later shows. Similar to "The Waltons" when they had cast changes.
At the time Michael Landon was going through divorce and new woman in his life. Supposedly he wanted yo focus more on directing at the time. Carters weren’t bad. At time Ingalls and Olesons kids were grown so had to focus in new direction.
The Carters were NOTHING like the Ingalls!
I hated the Carter family.
Me too. I particularly disliked the older son and Mrs. Carter (she was so nasty when she was jealous of Jason’s friend). I will say Pamela Roylance seems lovely.
