I've been curious about this for a number of years and have come up with zero answers and even more questions. You are correct. That is NOT Jonathan Gilbert. The more I look into this the more I think I do not want to know what happened to him. Hollywood is a seedy and despicably evil place.

I still watch this and I’m 53!
56!
Little house in the prairie
The Waltons
The Beverly family, I'm Proud to say I was raised watching these beautiful series full of familiar values.
All great shows, Mary!
Me too!! Loved them!!
I love the show and i still watch it
Greatest show of all-time with The Walton's being a close second.
Ohhh yeah The Walton's, good night John boy, that's what I'll binge watch next, 😊 smiles🌼🥀
They do not make good TV these Days now, Glad we grew up in the 80`s and the wholesome shows!
It's a bit less known, but another great show was "Road to Avonlea", made late 80's, early 90's.
I so agree with you. I loved the waltons 😀😀😀😀😀
Does anyone remember a show called the littlest hobo
Wow Nellie looks great. Alberto is so handsome. Karen has done awesome stuff.
They're all great, Michelle!
Hello Michelle, how are you doing?
Guaranteed, five minutes in and I was crying over something in a storyline. Loved that programme, so sweet and innocent
We loved it too, Jo!
Me too!
CORRECTION: Jonathan Gilbert was 7 in 1974. NOT 7 in 1967.
I was born in 67 and I'm 53... Jonathan gilbert should be 60... Lol
@@kneeknocker1967 plus the 2020 pic is not him. I've seen recent pics of him and he has gray hair, and blue eyes.
I'm curious to know where you've seen them. I've searched high and low and only have come up with that one lawyer photo of this mystery man that's NOT the child actor that played "Willie Olsen"
There seems to be an issue about calculating some of the ages of the actors.
I still watch the Little house ….every single story it touch your heart …the message is in there, Be a better human being, Michael Landon was an Angel.
We think the same😀😀
@@helenakatic1690 I'm Glad. Thank you. 🙂
Such a nice time back then, and this video shows it. But a few of the major characters are missing. For example, where was anything about Mr. Edwards?
He died after show highway to heaven , can't remember exactly what year. Wonderful actor too.
Thanks to Michael Landon for giving the world this truly wonderful gift.
My childhood favorite. And will always be my favorite 💓 💕 ❤
Mine, too.
Scary how time passes so fast... God help me do what I must.
My lovely golden memories.
I love the novels too, I collected them when I was a child. I grewn up with Ingalls stories.
I'm not American, I'm Vietnamese. Movies are part of my childhood . Thanks
What happened to the Doctor? To Victor French? Wow. There were others missed, too.
Mr Edward's and Doc Baker are dead
Doc baker resembled Jerry springer😁

Albert is a hot looking guy wow! Matthew💞💞💞💞
Ditto! Lol...

What an amazing series it was. I think everyone who ever watched it was impacted in one way or another. It's so great to see the cast after so many decades. I'm so sorry though for those who passed away; may they rest in peace. They were all so loved!
What's your favorite episode of the show, Queen Cleo?
I love 💘 little House 🏠, I started watching it since it started on TV,I love there Christmas 🎄 ones,I always wanted to spend a Christmas 🎄 ❤ in the woods in cabin, and 7 years ago I got my wish ❤ I loved it so much, I didn't want to go back home, but I had to. But I still watch it, so do my daughter and son ,an my 2 grandsons, one is 25 and the youngest one is 21,they all love 💘 it,an if they are working late,I record it for them.I wish I grew up in that time. I love the little school 🏫 and the church, things where hard back then, but there was always love 💘 and real friends. Tky little House 🏠 for a real Christmas 🎄 that i will never forget, love 💘 you all forever.
Queen, two episodes involving Albert Ingalls, "Home Again" & "Sylvia" really moved me
Just so you know, that's not Jonathan Gilbert at 53, unless he changed his eye color!!
I've been curious about this for a number of years and have come up with zero answers and even more questions. You are correct. That is NOT Jonathan Gilbert. The more I look into this the more I think I do not want to know what happened to him. Hollywood is a seedy and despicably evil place.
I do not think its him either. He lives under the radar. He is a stock broker in New York and apparently no longer even speaks to Melissa
I saw the different eye color before I read the comments here....not the same person. :)
Yeah and he's not 53 years old in 2020 if he's seven years old in 1967.
@@richardhansen1590 actually he was 7 years old when he started little house in 1974!
We need more wholesome family shows like Little House. Most of today's shows are too violent and immoral.
Yes, and a FCC bill to pass against those stupid, offensive and disgusting meaningless reality shows.
But keep the better reality shows like the cooking/food, and antique collector ones.
A long time ago when the good guy always won & there was always a life lesson out of the show. Now.... rude, crude, & immortal!
Hello how are you doing?
Good old days when everyone and everything was perfect just follow the law of nature
Everyone had moral values and a conscience
Hey!......That 2020 pic is NOT Jonathan Gilbert....
💓💋💓💋💓🥰💓🥰💓💙💓💙💓
From malaysia.... I grew up watching this series and also The Chase.... Admiring the beauty of the prairie and the campus life.. Both series had influenced my aspiration in many ways...

Music is LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really?? I just appreciate someone taking the time to put this together. I thought the music was just fine.
Brings me back to my childhood the good old days
What's your favorite memory of the show, Deborah?
How is it Johnathan Gilbert's eyes are blue when he is young and as a 53 year old man, they are brown???
His eyes were brown younger and older. The only one that had blue eyes of the young actors were Melissa Sue Anderson (Mary Ingalls) and Patrick Laboteax (Andrew Garvey)
Hi, how are you doing. I'm Thomas from Virginia. I hope you are doing well and safe? You are beautiful I saw you pic here. Please can we be friends.
Brings back many great childhood memories. Still one of my favorite shows. Many episodes can still bring a tear to my eye. Many episodes are relevant today as they were when they were first shown on the series. Best story writing.
Willie. Jonathan Gilbert. I'm thinking out loud. When he was a kid on the show he had blue eyes. And now his eyes are brown? And I have to be honest that doesn't look like him at all. Let's dig into this!
I thought the same thing.
Whoever it was, he sure was handsome!
@@susangreene6105 would love the little house expert on here to address this.
I was wondering who the guy in the glasses was?
@JBishop29 I hope it's not a nefarious imposter! I mean mind you he probably is not. But I still believe it's a legitimate question why his eyes are no longer blue . Yes I believe in conspiracies lol. And the reason I do is because I I know a lot of them have came true!
💜💜😊💜💜
💁January 2021...they started this serie from episode 1 again📺.. Im watchin it every night.. I get "Goos Bumbs" when I hear da tune🎶.. Yesssss.. I still love this Nostalgia Moment😉....Thnx for sharing🌹
How does Jonathan Gilbert have blue eyes as a child and brown eyes as an adult? 3:12
Easily because it isn't him.
Maybe he wears blue contacts...
@@AC-qi9wo as a ten year old child? I don’t think that is the adult Jonathan to be honest.
What a great series. Awesome story lines. Still enjoy to watch these shows.
Ohhhh WOW. MY CHILDHOOD 😍
Nancy Oleson? Dr. Baker? Reverend Alden? Lars Hanson? Isiah Edwards?
That is not the actor, Jonathan Gilbert who played Willie Oleson in the Age 53 photo.
Always watched this in the 70’s and 80’s.
my favourite series ever, and still watching and repeating on tv or youtube.
