Everything I make from day job goes to savings and investments which is where I absolutely kill it for my demographic (25 years old). I’m no business mastermind I literally just started doing this 18 months ago and it’s hilarious the success I’ve had
Is it just me or just side hustles like Instacart make absolutely no sense for a legitimate side income? The $200-$500 is a broad figure to say. Not to mention it doesn’t include commute times, distance and wear+tear on vehicle. Using your personal vehicle to make multiple, frequent stop dramatically drives up the miles on your car, consumes gas and eventually lands you at the mechanic paying for parts + labor which likely will be a huge deduction from the $200-$500. And it doesn’t change. You can replace parts but it’s inconvenient, time consuming and inevitable. It will happen as often as you use your vehicle and the more frequent you use it. I am trying to convince myself y’all but the output vs input doesn’t seem worth it or rational.
The problem with all of your suggestions is, you are STILL selling your time. It's a terrible way to make money. It's no different than a J.O.B. But doing what you suggest comes with more costs. You have to be properly insured (commercial auto and business insurance) AND you have to provide equipment at your expense (such as a vehicle and all associate costs). All that for 15-20 bucks an hour? Doesn't sound like a money maker to me. Sounds like more of the same "employee" mentality. There are only so many hours in a day. Make each one count. You will NEVER get rich selling your time.
If you create online content and sell it, you don't need to be there anytime someone wants to buy your stuff : as long as the platform of your content is online you make dough (even when you're asleep or walking to the park)...

Love this!!!!
Yo if you’re reading this and you’re in a fairly populated city, walk dogs. Get on rover. Spend 50$ on getting 500 business cards, hand them the fuck out.
I literally live off what I make dog walking and I don’t even work that hard. Everything I make from day job goes to savings and investments which is where I absolutely kill it for my demographic (25 years old).
I’m no business mastermind I literally just started doing this 18 months ago and it’s hilarious the success I’ve had
It's really nice watching your videos daily.
Watching the growth of stocks and financial in few years. Everyone should start investing pronto
Yeah everyone should start investing,I can remember just few years when Tesla stock was just $20bucks
How much is Tesla stock right now?

This might be your best video yet!
This is a really good video! Thank you for this information!
Wow....I didn't think about any of these thanks Minority Mindset...

Thanks for letting us be a part of your bubble.
Thank you ❤️

Regarding air bnb is there any insurance against getting robbed by the tenant or if they leave the door open
That's why I occasionally think if only we had 30-36 hours in a day and the same level of costs when I go into fantasy land. LOL
So James W., So what is your recommendation?
If you create online content and sell it, you don't need to be there anytime someone wants to buy your stuff : as long as the platform of your content is online you make dough (even when you're asleep or walking to the park)...
Provide value and save the money and more and more comes pouring in.
This video is GREAT!!!!! Thanks for mentioning about mindset. That mindset helped me payoff my student loans in 2019 and will help me payoff my car this year!!!!
Wish I discovered u three years ago when I move to America

Great list! So many good side hustles. I've done three of them, lol.
Bro, great video. It really is a mind set. Especially all this stimulus money talks. Folks you gotta listen to him, don't let someone else influence you on your money. I know it's hard I'm doing it right now. Working getting out debt, just bought a house, just starting to invest. Not a new tv, ps5, gaming pc, etc..
Yess glad to hear mate and he is one of the very few I recommend he speaks so much knowledge and I love the fact that he is trying to enlighten the masses
Books to add to your list:
Getting Back to Even by Jim Cramer
Anything... ANYTHING AT All about Warren Buffet
Love your idea and suggestions !!
@@vincentdesiano1339 I will think about it.
Seems odd that most of the recommendations are based on if you aren't actually broke... If you are broke broke pretty sure you aren't as likely to have a car.
There so many other ways not mentioned and you can easily flip $100 or more and turn it into a consistent stream of passive income

I would love to know other ways to make some money.
Last year I’ve did Doordash and the week people got their stimulus check was the week I made $600 in a week doing it part time after my 9-5. I started doing it again two weeks ago when people started getting their second stimulus check and and I really enjoy the extra cash. There’s money to be made!
Great content! Thank you! 🔥

@@jimcramerthestreet729 I will leave a post on his video. I’ve always had his mindset but never had the balls. I’ve always respected my dads upbringing “work hard, shut up and take their money”. 😂 but I know I can do better 👍🏼

Good videos!
I like how you referenced different books. There's two people that you definitely have to add when you come to mentioning their books. One is definitely Ray Dalio is one book is called principles and he's got one coming out soon I forgot the name of it right now I'll have to add that. That's going to be coming out maybe in May I think. I've already gone pre-order. I think the other one is a woman that has retired within 10 years and she was traveling the world until the pandemic hit. With her husband of course the book is called quit like a millionaire great read I love it. From Kristy Shen and Bryce Leung. Definitely both good books to read. If I come across anymore I'll definitely let you guys know.

Show me the money! Great content.
A belief is something you say to yourself over, and over and over to a point where you start to believe it. Thus a man who says he can and can't are both equally right. Ponder on that for they hold many beautiful truth.
10:00 this frame of mind seems so simple but applying it has made a world of difference! I actually learned that in one of the books you recommended
