    Hello Courtney. I understand that you where helping service people today? (chunk up)That you where helping move boxes? And that you believe there was a better way. So the issue isn't moving boxes, the issue is, how you moved them and the tools you found to do that? Is that right? ( get this person to take personal responsibility for her actions)

    The person was overdramatic about the boxes, being worried about safety was an exaggeration. She just didnt feel like lifting boxes at all. How do you reply to that? Either it was her job to lift boxes and she is lazy or it wasnt her job and it was a chore.
