Honda Reflex Nss-250 Riverside drive Iowa City

I'm riding my 2002 Honda Reflex Nss-250 and I'm at the old highway 218 in Iowa City, Riverside drive and Coralville strip.

I see from your channel that you've ridden quite a few scooters. I'm considering buying either a used Burgman or Honda Reflex, which would you say is best from your experience?
