By a lonely prison wall I heard a young girl calling "Michael, they have taken you away For you stole Trevelyan's corn So the young might see the morn Now a prison ship lies waiting in the bay" Low lie the fields of Athenry Where once we watched the small free birds fly Our love was on the wing we had dreams and songs to sing It's so lonely 'round the fields of Athenry By a lonely prison wall I heard a young man calling "Nothing matters, Mary, when you're free Against the famine and the crown I rebelled, they cut me down Now you must raise our child with dignity" Low lie the fields of Athenry Where once we watched the small free birds fly Our love was on the wing we had dreams and songs to sing It's so lonely 'round the fields of Athenry By a lonely harbour wall She watched the last star falling As that prison ship sailed out against the sky For she lived in hope and pray For her love in Botany Bay It's so lonely 'round the fields of Athenry Low lie the fields of Athenry Where once we watched the small free birds fly Our love was on the wing we had dreams and songs to sing It's so lonely 'round the fields of Athenry

Face Mask Contaminated -- Graphene
5G signal can activate the Graphene and shred your lungs from within.
Face Mask is filling peoples lungs with Graphene.
5G is a Dual Communication Network and Weapon System.
5G signal can be focused on a defined area called Beam Forming for example the brain and/or the lungs where the Graphene will accumulate within the body.
Thus Graphene on the Test Swab and in the Injection and the Contaminated Face Mask enters the body either the brain and/or the lungs and can be activated by the 5G signal at any time.
Tragically activating the Graphene left inside the body will kill the person.
Is this all part of the Depopulation plan?

If your western Scottish from Ayrshire to Glasgow your probably Irish anyway.
I am from Glasgow.
To all our celtic brothers and sisters Scottish it doesn't matter what side of the little strip of water we all have blood mixed for Irish and Scottish King's had the son's and daughters marry so alliances stayed strong from Brian Boru to Robert the Bruce long before
I feel the same. I'm English but my Mums maiden name was Griffin which I'm told is a Kerry name ... so I can but hope.
I am a born Scot and Scottish I am but my ancestry is Irish I’m proud of it !!
Nobody sings this song better than Paddy Reilly.
I’m still listening in 2024,I was blessed with Irish music by being born into an Irish family who always played music like this ❤️
My family are Yorkshire, Scot and Irish.
I'm a French who had the privilege to attend an Irish wedding and the family was singing songs including this one, I was struck by it's beauty and the memory will live on. Vive l'Irlande !

You can kick the Irish out of Ireland but you can’t kick Ireland out of the Irish ☘️
Amen to that. Our diaspora is spread across the world but the Irish heart beats in all of us.

I live in the Netherlands, and everytime i hear this song, tears are coming.
I and my family visited Ireland, and Northern Ireland in 2013. It was an unforgettable vacation: the scenery, castles, waterfalls, lighthouses, Irish hospitality, and the people in general. Every one should visit Ireland.

RIP Pete St John. Your song will live throughout the ages!
When I was in high school, my nickname was “Dropkick”. Because I always wore this Dropkick Murphys t-shirt. It had the lyrics “Low lie the fields of Athenry. Where once we watched the small free birds fly. Etc.” I used to shrug it off. Then I got in touch with my ancestry and realized I’m 30% Irish. I always feel like nothing really fits me or understands me. Then I listen to this and I’m home.
What a fabulous. Singer---what a singer!!!
My grandfather was from County Carlow, but he was orphaned fairly young and grew up with family in Liverpool, but he never lost that soft as rain accent.

My name is Gary from southern Ontario, CANADA. I am proud to say I have some Irish blood. More proud to say I have listened to the best!..... Dubliners! . Thanks a lot!
Hi Gary, Thanks for watching. Glad the hear you enjoyed The Dubliners. Greetings to Canada.
By a lonely prison wall
I heard a young girl calling
"Michael, they have taken you away
For you stole Trevelyan's corn
So the young might see the morn
Now a prison ship lies waiting in the bay"
Low lie the fields of Athenry
Where once we watched the small free birds fly
Our love was on the wing we had dreams and songs to sing
It's so lonely 'round the fields of Athenry
By a lonely prison wall
I heard a young man calling
"Nothing matters, Mary, when you're free
Against the famine and the crown
I rebelled, they cut me down
Now you must raise our child with dignity"
Low lie the fields of Athenry
Where once we watched the small free birds fly
Our love was on the wing we had dreams and songs to sing
It's so lonely 'round the fields of Athenry
By a lonely harbour wall
She watched the last star falling
As that prison ship sailed out against the sky
For she lived in hope and pray
For her love in Botany Bay
It's so lonely 'round the fields of Athenry
Low lie the fields of Athenry
Where once we watched the small free birds fly
Our love was on the wing we had dreams and songs to sing
It's so lonely 'round the fields of Athenry

Tears in my eyes....
Always makes me cry this song, not only because it's so beautiful, but these terrible injustices happened.
Lived in Ireland for five years and I will always have the feeling that I didn´t get enough. The culture, the love for the motherland, songs... I saw a feeling of patriotism, not in the fanatical way, but of being proud of what you are and where you are from. I wish I could live there again in the future. Long live Ireland.
Gorgeous music! Lovely people!
This is an incredible comment, Javier! I love (and second) every intentional word you've written here. Thank you.
This masterpiece should be sung in every school, in every high school and college, so that children do not forget what their grandparents and great-grandparents had to endure. God bless a free and united Ireland 💚💚💚

@@robertmcdowell7018 what the actual fuck dude. What does that have to do with mourning the obscene tragedy that was ths famine era.
Seriously that's like replying to someone saying how awful the holocaust was with "Palestine is a country bitch fuck you". It's a complete non-sequiter. The fact you can't seperate any Irish hostory from your modern unionism just shows how much of a complete asshole you are
