This was phenomenal! I couldn’t find a yoga session good enough for me because all the others are way too simple and don’t really stretch your body fully. This really made me feel better and stronger!
You are just wonderful! every time I do yoga to you, I get so much positive energy from you just thorough the screen that I can not imagine how it would be to just being present at your classes. Thanks for all your great videos🥰🥰
This was emotional for me💕 when this series first came out I’d been struggling with infertility for 3 years. I remember crying when it came out because I liked to try all the boho beautiful videos and I wanted to do this so badly but I couldn’t bring myself to face the pain of loss. But today, 3 years after that, I’m well into my 2nd trimester at 42 years old! We conceived naturally and this whole pregnancy has been a dream. My only symptom has been fatigue so I’m getting some energy back and getting back to the mat! So naturally this was the first video I did! I kept giggling to myself, nerding out thinking to myself, “it’s me! I’m pregnant!!!” 😂 Thanks for this beautiful challenging practice. I’m excited to get back to my yoga routine, However awkward my body feels 😅🙏🏻✨
I'm 30 weeks today and have been doing this class since my first trimester. It's one of my favorites! I especially love holding the malasana squat without any props! I feel like it's really preparing my baby and I for his big debut. I did the same asana when I was pregnant with my second baby, and labor progressed quickly. She arrived just 5 hours after I got to the hospital. Love & light to all you beautiful mamas & babies♡
This woman is a machine!I am twenty-three weeks and I did not find this gentle in the least!Maybe if I had been doing it from the beginning it would be different, but somehow I do not think so
Hello dear Juliana, I have practiced with your boho beautiful practices for almost 6 years, I adore your yoga so much and I think that this will be my love forever :D 🥰❤❤❤. Now Im in 7th month pregnant , neck and my back often hurt, so I adore your prenatal yoga, so calming so good for my body and baby in my belly 🥰. Thank you for doing yoga for us :), love and greeting from Slovakia :))
This was the first time in about 3 weeks my lower back hasn't hurt. Thank you! I'm 4 months pregnant and 1st trimester had me bedridden. Getting back on my feet has been a challenge. Thank you!
I started this excercise on my 2nd trimester almost everyday, it was not easy in the beginning, now im 32 weeks and I can do two repetitions for each time. This makes me happy.
I started my youga journey with you in 2020..since then i became much stronger and fitter...I never imagined however, I ever would tak your pregnancy class. I m in my firsth trimester, suffering from neusea, so this class was my first work out since last 6 weeks! I m shocked how challenging it was but very greatful for short yet energizing practice. I missed feeling like myself in the last 6 weeks :)
Just have to say, you look absolutely gorgeous at 6+ months pregnant and, also, thank you so much for choosing to wear your normal yoga clothes and not always hiding your belly like some segments of the culture think should happen. You are putting the lie to a lot of negative myths by showing how beautiful, strong, and active a pregnant woman can be.

I think you are the best yoga teacher ever. From the way you teach and explain everything!! I’m in love with boho beautiful! Thank you so much for your videos 💖
at 12 weeks today is the first day i get to do some intentional movement for my body. thanks for the guided video! i had to slow down my movements in some parts and even give myself a break at times. my body is not the same as it was before the pregnancy. it's really fun to treat your body with extra care and gentleness.
Thank you for this amazing video, I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and been active before and during pregnancy, even then is a little difficult but I took it as a challenge to do as often as possible 💪🏽
21 weeks and I loved this! Gave my body just enough of a challenge to feel engaged while still gentle enough for 2nd trimester. Definitely felt the need for a follow up gentle stretch, but thoroughly enjoyed this! Thank you!
I’ve been doing your yoga workouts for 4 years so far and I got incredible results. I can say that you made my body stronger and more flexible, and I also lost many pounds. Now that I am pregnant of my second baby I will definitely add this to my daily prenatal workout routine. 🥰 I look forward to enjoying your other workouts after delivery again.
I'm 33weeks pregnant with my first, as a yoga teacher myself i found the options on youtube (as far as teachers) to be very minimal. It seems that Boho Beauitufl and Pregnancy and Postpartum TV have the majority. I must say, this video in particular is the best ive come across in terms of a 'workout' and your teaching is wayyy more thorough than the other lady. It's actually inspired me to also make pregnancy yoga content! Well done!
I typed "boho beautiful prenatal" and there you were, with your beautiful belly. I didn t know you are pregnant. I m very happy for you, and moved that I didn t miss that special period of your life. I wasn t checking on your videos lately because I thought I wouldn t be able to keep up, with my belly and all... I was wrong. It was a wonderful coincidence to find out you are pregnant too, and it was a wonderful yoga set too... Thank you. You are really "boho" beautiful, again I m so happy for you!
I always do pregnancy yoga with my personal trainer, and just checked on this because my trainer is sick. Love all the movements, everything matches what my trainer has said. Thank you!
Fair warning, I would say while this might be “gentle” for someone who is fit and regularly active, it is very challenging if you’re coming out of a very rough first trimester of being sick and weak 🙋🏻♀️. I look forward to working my way up to this though! Need to be strong! Second video of this gorgeous mama’s that I’ve tried and it destroyed me to the point of nausea. I know it’s because I’m very weak though. So maybe I’ll start elsewhere and come back to this in a couple weeks! ❤ 💪🏼
Seriously going to be the healthiest most fit boho baby ever! Btw he is beautiful, you guys are a truly inspirational family. All of the positive energy I can muster being sent your way. Congrats.
While I was challenged and frustrated, I am glad that I stumbled on this video. I like the background music and aesthetics, and her voice is encouraging. I personally would categorize "Pregnancy and Postpartum TV" as gentle, and this as "Attainable Intense". This seems like a good routine for women who were already doing this kind of workout before becoming pregnant. Jumping in in Trimester 2 is an awful LOT-- for me. This seemed like a bait and switch of yoga to Susan Powder-like Aerobics. Maybe it is Pilates, I am ignorant about Pilates. Several times I was worried that I may over-tax myself. Experts say to avoid anything that tents out my stomach, and maybe I just don't have perfect form. I'm still figuring out how to avoid a "crunches" feeling. In this internal worry context, seeing she is really pregnant as well was very encouraging for 'I can (theoritically) do this and be safe', and her constant reminders to do "if it feels comfortable" were also a grace of permission to 'modify' down to my athletic level. I was using some muscle in my hip and not my side abs for all the first left leg stuff, so it was maxed out and unable to support me doing the right side. :/ Which was very frustrating! But I think I can just try this again tomorrow, and start with the other leg instead to make sure it gets its moment of glory; also knowing it is more about my abs than making my leg height match hers helped me target the correct muscle group. I switched channels to warm up and loosen my tight hips again, since I am not sure if any videos of hers are "cool down" intensity for me. After both, I feel warm and pleasantly relaxed over my uterus. The sort of physical benefit I have never experienced by only taking it easy.
5/5! I’m 25 weeks and huffing and puffing and making moderations 😂 I loved this, especially since it was mostly closer to the mat and not a lot of standing up & swooping down that can make you very dizzy. I feel my blood pumping and my glutes definitely got a workout. What a lovely way to start my day to provide fresh oxygen to my lower extremities & womb and prepare for that birth.
Even if some postures may be difficult it s really useful for me,because easy postures don t bring you the same win.I really need to be shaken in the best way in order to have a balance body-mind in this delicate period,so thk you so much and God bless you!❤
I'm in my second trimester and this is the first time I try one of your classes. I find it very energetic and challenging, I was used to very slow and relaxing yoga prenatal videos. I loved it! Thank you!
I've been practicing with your videos for years but haven't been able to do most of your workouts for a few weeks now. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and have been feeling exhausted and unmotivated. This is my 3rd pregnancy but my most difficult physically. I just today discovered this video and did most the way through. Thank you so much for posting this video, it loosened my tight muscles especially in my back and lifted my spirits. (also had my baby dancing in my belly most the way through!)
I am 21+ weeks pregnant and I left this in mid but then reading the comments I gathered myself and then resumed ...feels gud after completing 😊 Will try to follow this atleast thrice a week.
I'm so glad you're doing pregnancy videos! I hope to get pregnant soon and you have been my inspiration for how to stay healthy during pregnancy. More videos like this, please!

Okay, this was awesome and I saved it to come back to, HOWEVER, this should be called Strong, Pilates flow. It was not gentle nor yoga really. Great workout wish more stretches were involved during the workout but I understand it’s hard to fit it in in 25min. Still coming back to this one and thank you for what you do!
I love this! I am 35 weeks pregnant with #5, and have always enjoyed staying as active as possible during each pregnancy. This was perfect..helped stretch and ease my tight areas, while also providing more burn than i was expecting! Thank you!
I've completely this 4 days now. I am in my first trimeter and it's the only thing that has helped with my morning siclness. I did it 3 days then took a 2 day break due to busy weekend and I felt so much better during those days i did it and again worse during the weekend. I've now completed another and I will update how my morning sickness is later on this afternoon 😘!
First of all, everything is perfect about this video: you with your blue suit 😊, your voice, the background, the music and the workout. Today when my second trimester starts I found myself very confused what i can and what I cant do anymore during vinyasa. I workout everyday, vinyasa 3 times a week. And I am not sure that I will be able to follow my regular vinyasa sequence in the studio with all the modifications, so I need to learn to workout at home. Thank you, i already downloaded the video😊
Sorry to say I hadn't been keeping up with your videos for a while and so I was thrilled to see you're pregnant as well and looking vibrant! I'm almost 8 months now! Thank you so much for the great flow. Your videos are always wonderful!
I just found out I'm pregnant (5th week!) and I love this,. I'm going to do this workout during the whole pregnancy. Cheers to all new mamas out there!
Thank you for this video. I am 34 weeks and this makes me feel so good after doing this video. You are such a beautiful person inside and out and I love your energy and I will never go outside of boho to do yoga. You look lovely pregnant.
Me too, I was waiting for some prenatal yoga from Boho B. I'm 4 months pregnant now and some poses are not good for me anymore. So this workout can be useful for next months. :) Thank you very much.
just finished it for the first time during my second trimester, a little bit hard for me but it's great for maintaining your strengths. I will keep doing this!
I really enjoyed this, thank you. I am in the final stages of my third trimester and just wish I had found this video sooner. It is a little more challenging than many of the prenatal yoga videos out there but also felt safe which was a great balance.
Finally getting over with morning sickness. Thinking to start doing little bit yoga a few times a week 🙏 . As always I came back to my favourite boho beautiful ☺️
I’m now in the same area as you. Been doing her yoga since first lockdown started in the UK then stopped just before Xmas as I felt my energy had depleted and I started feeling sick. Found out I was pregnant and started to take it easy. Now my energy is back and sickness has gone I feel like I can now do a yoga routine. Looking forward to trying this x
Not pregnant but did this class to re-center myself. It was just the right amount of challenge. I have been deeply struggling the past couple of months, but this class gave me inner peace for the first time in a long time. Thank you.
Awww I have been doing your videos now for over 3 months, they have helped me get back in shape Postpartum. I did not know of you were pregnant! Congratulations!!🤗❤
You are so strong Juliana! I appreciate you helping pregnant women gain confidence and strength through their pregnancy. You are a great role model. Sending you love to you and your baby today!
i am 8 months pregnant and till the 6th month i did your classical courses, but then after it was too hard. this training is great! thank you so much for all your high quality videos. your voice, the music, the background...evereything is always perfect. i wish you a lot of happiness with your family, namaste 🙏🏻🌞🌈
Amazing! Harder then it looks, I’m pretty fit so I though prenatal yoga would be to easy but she adds in so Mormont counts and yea I need this. Thanks, I’m five months pregnant
Ive consistently worked out before and during, but recently have noticed a limited mobility and loss of balance. Ive gotten frustrated with other pregnancy workouts because they seem to cater to people who have never worked out beforehand. And I dont get much out of them. This one was perfect! A good challenge and focusing on lower body and core which are the two focuses while in actual labor. Since labor is a marathon not a sprint these are the exact things im looking for to keep me in shape for it.
A gorgeous prenatal yoga sequence. This will benefit so many expecting moms everywhere. I particularly like the beginning, starting with child's pose. Thank you for sharing.
Oh, your yoga programs are the most amazing. Been doing it for the past few years and I am sooo happy that you have pregnant yoga as well. 🥰 Thank you so much!!
After practicing with you for over four years, starting on youtube, ending up buying all of your programs and loving them- seeing you now teaching in the space where I got my 200hrs certificate two years ago, gave me chills. You guys and your lovely work are such a big part of my life, you can't even imagine. Thanks so much for everything! And love to Horace & Janel who created this lovely space for you and me and so many others to teach and learn in.
Definitely not gentle, but a very good workout! I am 23 weeks and did this for the first time. It showed me I need to start adding pilates-style strengthening workouts like this to my weekly workouts. That was hard!!
Beautiful, strong, and calm as always 👌 Love you guys 🥰 I am a gymnast and after pregnancy I got a diastasis. I don't know what the reason that I got it. I am an athlete and an active person. It's pretty hard to get my abs back. After 2 years I can see the progress but it's not enough for me. Thanks your classes, it's really help me. I so hope in the future Juliana will record more abs classes that help for diastasis condition. Thank you !!! 😍
You are such an inspiration for all of us🙏🏼 thank you guys! Feel so blessed to flow your channel for almost 4 years now. Enjoy every sec to be a wonderful mam!!! Sending love & light to you and your little beauty!

Thank you Juliana! I am 34 weeks pregnant and it felt great 💖
Dear Boho Beautiful, thank you for a wonderful workout. Warm hugs from Czech Republic.
Felt so tired before class, and much better after. Thank you!
As always I came back to
my favourite boho beautiful ☺️
I’m now in the same area as you. Been doing her yoga since first lockdown started in the UK then stopped just before Xmas as I felt my energy had depleted and I started feeling sick. Found out I was pregnant and started to take it easy. Now my energy is back and sickness has gone I feel like I can now do a yoga routine. Looking forward to trying this x
Not pregnant but did this class to re-center myself. It was just the right amount of challenge. I have been deeply struggling the past couple of months, but this class gave me inner peace for the first time in a long time. Thank you.
I am 37 weeks, it's great practice, not boring, not extra challenging. Thank you
Awww I have been doing your videos now for over 3 months, they have helped me get back in shape Postpartum. I did not know of you were pregnant! Congratulations!!🤗❤
Very much needed I feel reenergized
28 weeks pregnant with my 2nd here and I have to admit, I'm sweating after doing this ^^ Thank you so much, Juliana!
I’m 5 months pregnant and absolutely loved this workout! Just the right amount of strength. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻✨
Beautiful!!! Congrats on your new chapter and eighth month. We are wishing you nothing but all the magic in this special time that you deserve!! ❤️
I'm not pregnant but I'm on my periods so I wanted a gentel workout ❤ Thank you for this wonderful class ❤
a wonderful class to do during your menstruation😘
I'm currently 6 months pregnant, have been looking for a energetic and challenging yoga. This is perfect!
Definitely not gentle, but a very good workout! I am 23 weeks and did this for the first time. It showed me I need to start adding pilates-style strengthening workouts like this to my weekly workouts. That was hard!!
Beautiful, strong, and calm as always 👌 Love you guys 🥰
I am a gymnast and after pregnancy I got a diastasis.
Not pregnant, but will do it anyway as a part of my recovery on the way back to normal life
Wishing you a speedy recovery
