  • In the 2 1/2 years I've been pursuing bodybuilding I've experienced things and changed in ways on this journey that I simply cannot put into words.. so I decided to show you instead. As this video captivates the ups and downs, you can imagine it was quite the humbling experience piecing it all together. Some parts are a little embarrassing for me and others are great. Nonetheless, they're all apart of my story so you need to see both. Thank you all.

Now remember, everyone send this to Greg just like we talked about. If all goes according to plan and he makes a natty or not, we should be able to surpass 100,000 subs without lifting a finger. Hahaha just kidding. Thank you all for your relentless support and welcome if you’re new to my channel. We all can achieve great things, I’m no one special. I literally just workout and make videos revolving it. (This is 2 1/2 years of training from ages 18-20)

I figure he did a cycle as soon as he got in the gym in his first transformation video. It would also give a reason why he is so small nowadays for someone on gear. Which is that he never learned how to train without gear, so hes incompetent and uses it as a crutch.

Crazy transformation! If I managed to transform my body, everyone can do it. But I can't express how important the diet is... Without it exercise won't provide such great benefits. Many beginners and people who want to lose fat struggle to find a proper diet. They want fast results and they end up with no results at all, less money in their pockets and health problems. I encourage you to do a research and find a diet that will work for you. If you still don't know where to start, consider Dietarize as your starting point (it comes with workout plan which I find convenient as it doesn't require going to the gym at all). This way results are guaranteed, and will come much sooner.

I totally understand what you said about distancing yourself from being skinny like you were. I was extremely skinny for like 18 years and had major depression from it and other things in my private life and childhood, it was simply just a living hell. After graduating I got sick of everything, got a gymcard and started to bulk up like crazy, putting everything into becoming someone else to overshadow how I used to be, like starting a new chapter and ripping out the old ones.
This summer I'm planning on going on my first cut in years and you're a huge inspiration to me so keep up the great work!

At 15 years old i decided to switch to kickboxing. I started to take this more seriously, but i was still skinny. So I start to eat heavily, bad shit happened. I gain a lot of weight, become depressed, overweight. When i found surfing. Its literally helped me to restore myself to my original self. But depression from being overweight has stolen my best years of my life. Now i am 23 and little by little im doing progress.

Watching a video of you, seeking to exceed your maximum number of pull ups, reaching more or less 30 motivated me in a way that you have no idea. The next day I started training and from then on I didn't stop. Go from 5 pull ups with bad form to +20 with good range. I was always thin and seeing your change motivates me even more. I am simply proud of your effort. Greetings from Argentina Dylan.
