Great progress man! I went from 6’4ft 165lbs to 210lbs (May 2017-today) bench 95lbs to 275lbs. Not many have the determination needed to push themselves. You clearly do. All the best

Just did the calculations, in his 60lb over the course of a year n a half he wouldve gained 0.5kg roughly a week, which is highly attainable so imo 100% natty
yep absolutely but high fucking focus. Not everybody can reach it that fast. But for me it looks natty because he gained a lof of muscles and a lot of fat. So you can gain max 1kg muscle a month. Let's say he gained 12kg muscles in that year plus the arround 10-15kg fat is possible. Good work

On April, because of my eating disorder and depression and no more gym, I was only 107 lbs for 5,7. I’ve been starting my training again with a bulking diet and now I am 114,5 lbs. I’ve been bulking for about a month now. I started at 98 pounds at 5’8( I know how bad that is, that’s why I decided to begin my change). But after a month I’m at 113 lbs. still got a long way to go but I’m feeling more and more confident with each day that passes by

From 104lbs on January 2019, I made it to 138lbs, some fat gained around my belly but gained a lot of definition in my arms and shoulders, thanks man I needed this for inspiration to keep on bulking! It's hard man.

go for the dirty bulk break the 60kg then u can start eating more healthy and cut if u think thats big enough its all about eating more calories than u spend and being able to eat that many calories (if u go for healthy diet its possible but u need to have a really big stomach and some good money)

It’s not always the consistent working out that’s hard, it’s usually the consistent eating that’s harder. I think if your skinny, try to dirty bulk, but to a certain extent. I only dirty bulk once every week, just cause my body’s used to being cut and ripped, it’ll take a lot more food for my body to get anywhere near fat. Also wanted to mention, I was underweight when I graduated high school, I was about Dylan’s starting weight. My main goals for 2019 and 2020 was to, grow taller, and gain weight. I’m proud to say I went from 5’8 1/2 to 5’10 in a year, and I weigh 152. And note, I’m 19, I thought it wasn’t possible for me to grow, trust me, if your looking to grow and your young, do lots of bar hanging. Do it ever morning and every night before you go to bed, it will help you grow. Oh and of course eat healthier foods. So, hope that gives people hope that anything is possible, as long as you believe your capable of achieving or reaching your goal, anything is possible.

Being accused of not being natural is a huge compliment. People don’t realize how much muscle a hardgainer can actually put on. It’s very possible for HGs to gain 40+ pounds of muscle in one year, that hardest part is keeping a consistent high-calorie diet. Love the vids man.

Dude, you're giving motivation. I've always been kinda small and on the slim side. But I've been going harder and being more persistent on working out. To my surprise, lots of my loose fitting clothing is fitting really well. And some have actually become too tight. I've only been going for about 2 months, can't wait fir the 1 year transformation.

No kid has ever changed this dramatically in one year , but I have seen it with steroid use though. Especially with his type of body he doesn't look like a weight gainer in the beginning .

go for the dirty bulk break the 60kg then u can start eating more healthy and cut if u think thats big enough its all about eating more calories than u spend and being able to eat that many calories (if u go for healthy diet its possible but u need to have a really big stomach and some good money)

It’s not always the consistent working out that’s hard, it’s usually the consistent eating that’s harder. I think if your skinny, try to dirty bulk, but to a certain extent. I only dirty bulk once every week, just cause my body’s used to being cut and ripped, it’ll take a lot more food for my body to get anywhere near fat. Also wanted to mention, I was underweight when I graduated high school, I was about Dylan’s starting weight. My main goals for 2019 and 2020 was to, grow taller, and gain weight. I’m proud to say I went from 5’8 1/2 to 5’10 in a year, and I weigh 152. And note, I’m 19, I thought it wasn’t possible for me to grow, trust me, if your looking to grow and your young, do lots of bar hanging. Do it ever morning and every night before you go to bed, it will help you grow. Oh and of course eat healthier foods.
So, hope that gives people hope that anything is possible, as long as you believe your capable of achieving or reaching your goal, anything is possible.

Being accused of not being natural is a huge compliment. People don’t realize how much muscle a hardgainer can actually put on. It’s very possible for HGs to gain 40+ pounds of muscle in one year, that hardest part is keeping a consistent high-calorie diet. Love the vids man.
Fannberg l man I used to be 105 pounds overweight and had knee and back problems. I was so sore I had to take Advil just to go up my stairs. Work hard, work smart, work consistently, and results follow. Give it some time you’ll get there man.

To my surprise, lots of my loose fitting clothing is fitting really well. And some have actually become too tight.
I've only been going for about 2 months, can't wait fir the 1 year transformation.
