  • So this was HEAVILY requested after posting my 9 month transformation, so here’s my ENTIRE 2 year lifting journey!
I started lifting back in April 2019, so it’s a little over 2 years, but for the sake of simplicity, I’m just gonna call it 2 years.
I plan on making a more in depth RUclips video on my full transformation, but for now, enjoy this one!

I'm old. I've been around this world.
      Females are over impressed by:
*very bright blue or green eyes which is usually but not always a white guy
      *black guys that are tall
      *slick guys
      *money
      *(and tragically) bullshit artists

@Just do a bit of research and youll find out how difficult is to put muscles on you when training natural.
Your muscles takes longer to recover, you wouldnt be able train as long as those on PEDS and you need to increase your weight that you lift regularly otherwise it gets difficult to put even a bit of muscle on you, so ur muscles will feel sore most of the time due to the recovery time is longer but hey dont take my word for it just try out yourself cos i have and seen whats possible natural and whats not.
My brothers body produces so much testosterone naturally that he can have s*x for 4 hours without any external help and even him can't put that much muscle in that short period of time

    Lesson i have for yall:
Even if u don’t see results, don’t even think about taking a single break for you to think about why it’s not working. Keep doing it, a lot of people say that if u don’t do it right, you won’t see results, but they don’t tell you that if you stop, you’re more likely to lose motivation as then you’ll be in the state of mind where you think you have to re-evaluate your choices before you go back, which can eliminate motivation.
Just keep going, don’t stop and along the way you’ll learn from your mistakes and that’s one of the BEST ways to persevere.
    DON’T STOP, LEGEND💪💯

Yes, it's possible especially in your late teens and early 20's. The body is primmed to grow marvelously. People don't take advantage of those years.
I remember way back when, transforming spectacularly in a span of 6 months at the age of 17 when I started gyming.
I was skinny fat before that. Those who hadn't seen me in those months were up for a surprise, when they did see me their jaw dropped.

@Karan Jolly I dont know, you can search and find out. But there doesnt have to be for us to connect the dots of peripheral subject matter thats already been researched. We dont have to be spoon fed to make sense of logic.
HGH levels peak at around the age of 20 and testosterone levels are highest during late adolescence and ones early teens/20's (this is fact), so what does that inform us? The body is naturally gifting you what you need to make magic happen.
The more weight training you do expect a further boost especially if you're following basics such good sleeping patterns and eating right, not to mention diligent and proper form exercise.
Further more, research does indeed indicate that muscle recovery worsens with age, where as muscle recovery is pretty good during those age years.
I'm sure if you research hormonal effects in late teenage years there might be studies to support "my theory" (but I wouldn't call it my theory).
Ofcourse, taking drugs to help growth will even further muscle mass, but what I'm saying is that you don't have to during that age for dramatic and spectacular muscle mass gain if you're a healthy person.

Transformation was great but no way it was only in 2 years. You look considerably younger as well at the start. Either you’re lying, juiced up to max or have extremely good genetics. But I’m gonna go with the latter

The way i m seeing it hes not that big, just peeld out of his mind so he seems bigger than he really is. Can t tell without knowning how much he weights and lift but there is a chance hes natural.

he has late novice-intermediate numbers, 225*5 bench and something like 300 or 315 squat for 5. people generally arent that jacked with those numbers. this guy looks more jacked than alphadestiny who benches 405 lol. something doesn't add up!

There’s no chance he’s legit natural. In two years that bs. If he had that amazing of genetics he wouldn’t look like how he started, he would look much noticeably more lean.
