Joe Pritchard this answer is killing me😂 better technique would actually make is squat worse short term because you need to get use to the form and what it feels like. Hi Joe
I'm a viewer from Germany and I really really like your videos. I'm 16 years old and my weight is only 51 kg. I know there is no way that works but after this video I just want to meet you and make workouts with you and live like you with all that proteine and so on. After your videos I have so much motivation to do something but don't wanna go in a fitnes studio, I only need your garage and your motivation :)
Have a nice day, love your vids❤
Wie groß bist du dass du so wenig wiegst?
@@s.w.5242 Kann ja auch sein, dass der nur 1,55 ist.
man that was insane
that's cool keep it up bro
He was naturally strong frfr😭💯
Incredible 30 day transformation! Smashing it Jack!! I WANT TO SEE THE 60 DAY TRANSFORMATION!
Damn this guy squatted almost double his body weight by day 30? This is a good video Joe but your friend’s gains in 1 month seem too good to be true for a beginner.
Yeah steroids 100%
@@mako2863 nah, prolly just lied about the timeline
Did your friend have any training experience prior to this cuz his progression isnt something we see from your average beginner
If u can use ur brain properly u can tell that he was doing his best not to show any muscle on day 1 with bad lighting and on day 30 he got a pump in the best lighting and is flexing his hardest if u are a genetic phenom expect to gain 1.5 to 2 lbs of muscle a month this vid is complete crap I mean in the beginning u couldn't even see his abs he wasn't flexing at all
@@greninjaplayz6833 exactly
@@greninjaplayz6833 the strength gainz were a lot more impressive bro.
@@ItsNicolau yep ik especially since his physique disnt change much just flexing more
@@greninjaplayz6833 he made huge strength gainz, that's the 'suspicious' part. He was very small, to have that level of strength as a skinny noobie lifter and to progress that quickly... I mean, props to him, definately put in the work and has amazing genetics, but it's so unreallist for the average person. He made more progress in 30 days then I did in 3 months, this just shows how important genetics are!
Jacks a dam good squatter for a relatively new lifter. Not just referring to his poundages either. Squats nice n deep with little forward lean. Very nice and very rare nowadays.
Such a dope transformation bruh keep y’all head up God Bless !💯🙏🏽
AMEN!!🙏✝️
currently: 63kg
aim: 80kg
day 4 & still not able to lift 20kg: captain price - "mission failed, we'll get em next time"
Keep trying man, when I first started lifting I was 68kg and now I’m 89kg just eat a shit tonne, take in a lot of protein and get a lot of rest. Drinking heaps of water is important too, also stay consistent in the gym and once you’ve got that down pat it’s just a waiting game
Oz Prestige thanks bro 👑
It's fake . Impossible in 1 month
Minimum 4-5 months required for this transformation
Nah like 2-3
Its not fake, its just not natty either xD
Sooo true
@@simondehaas6460 yoooo he added 40 kg to squat in one month and thats like with 12 times doing squat and only squat likr only squat for quads its fucking bullshit and its fucking ridiculous he lifted 60 kg on first bench
Hhhahhhaa you guys are just jealous do you guys even know how to workout? Do you guys even know what is noobie gains? I bet you guys only sit your couch and watch RUclips for the whole day
Hes actually really strong when i started i legit couldn't even bench the bar 😂
All ur comments make me autistic, this is fake.
@@anguishfps wtf u onabout and how is it fake im being legit
@@anguishfps i had to use smith machine
Good work my guy! 🤜🤛
What a good friend
Wish my transformation would go this viral... God damn
Are you going to share his diet? I'm in very similar situation + similar weight so I would like to know his diet for these 30 days.
Don’t get your hopes up this is fake as fuck or he’s taking something. These are the gains you’d get in over a year of hard training and crazy dieting.
Just go get some anabolics cause this is for sure fake
yall surprised at his progress in 30 days when yall ain't even noticed his black air forces
LOL AHHAHAHAHHA
The man fucking transformed into a beast. Fair play.
it was fake
That is mental, fair play mate
Huge lol for all the guys saying this can be achieved naturally. Absolute comedy. 6kg gain of lean muscle in 30 days. Kek. Feel sorry for guys thinking they can replicate this without consuming a tren sanga or some sweet, sweet TRT/sarms.
He was pretty strong at the beginning tho ... I wasnt nearly as strong lifting for the first time
Very true
@@JoeFazer ive been working out for 9 months and am nowhere near jacks final 1rms
@WesternPrideWorldwide theyre above average for my age
@UCueC3sD2Ujjy6k6mIOGQTLQ testostorone
yeh i couldn't bench 40kg starting off and weighed roughly the same as jack, a little under 10 stones
how did his abs get more defined when he was bulking? Wouldn't his bodyfat be higher making his abs less visible
He didn't flex them at all at the start, and got them pumped and flexed at the end, also probably some PEDs.
Kak Hoo yup this video mainly click bait
Because he got LEANER, you can clearly see hes lost fat. Is it possible natty, OFCOURSE NOT, not in a million fucking years
@@simondehaas6460 you watched coach gregg didn't you
Simon de Haas you watch way too much Greg doucette
Do the 60 day transformation everyone wants to see it like this if you agree
How is he so strong 🤔I’m 68kg been training for 3 months and my bench is only 62.5kg, squat only 80kg
and he looks like me when my max bench was 50kg
Yeah there is something really off about this video. Like his squat went up but 40 kg in 30days
Fake plates or perior traning maybe
@@lakshaychoudhary5641 the latter I'd guess
Your numbers are very good considering you've only been training for 3 months. Don't pay attention to this video, its fake
