Introversion doesn't mean social anxiety or being bad in social situations - it just means you need more alone time to recharge your social battery. Never use introversion as an excuse to be bad at socializing, and you can be just as confident as Dylan is in this video.

In my case I have high anxiety issues, I'm always paranoid and I'm a introvert with trust issues. Still do fine with socializing irl and I've grown to have over 200 irl friends.

@@MrLeeStories yeah, I became popular at school for being the funny person who does random stuff and always gets in trouble lol plus I'm 6 feet in 7th grade, I just force myself to talk and push myself out of my comfort zone, I have over 200 friends that i normally talk to, girls and boys, I first bacame popular by association bc i knew a lot of popular ppl from my school then I soon became popular and known around the whole school. I'm still a extrovert and rather not talk to anyone and sometimes it slips put for a day or 2 and I just talk and I seem some what depressed but Noone knows about my anxiety and stuff I think.

to be clear the first approach wasn’t HIM doing the work. Kudos to him for doing the approach but this is what natural compatibility looks like. Notice how it was effortless on both ends bc both parties WANTED to participate and engage in conversation. With the overlap in interests (fitness) it made it even easier, therefore creating attraction.
You cant hope to have this with every interaction and it’s important to know what actually contributes to an interaction like this.
So instead of “dude you killed it” its more like “dude you guys are a match”.
it’s dangerous to contribute the interaction to JUST him or you will think all interactions/results you have with women only have to do with your “game” and that you have some sort of obligation to muster perfect results with EVERY girl you talk to.
Which i will make clear, is NOT the point of dating and is why so many men end uo unhappy.
The point is to find who you are most compatible with.

I wouldn't say it's neccessarily attractive, but it's very disarming. Approaching people with kindness in your heart by default makes your attitude towards the whole social interaction positive. Much less of the bad thoughts like "but what if they hate you, but what if they tell you to go a hike" and so on and so on. Why would anyone respond to kindness with negativity if they are a normal human being? If they respond with negativity, something is wrong with them or at least their day, and so nobody would have had a chance that day.

I'm a super social guy and although he did come across as SLIGHTLY awkward at some points & he could smile more/laugh at himself more, he still did very very good especially for someone who says hes introverted. As an ex-introvert I'll set you straight. He said let's be gym bros because he couldn't think of a valid way to suggest anything else that indicated dating. He was nervous the entire time which I think was the biggest obstacle but he did well.

As a socially anxious gym goer I tried appoaching girls multiple times in public, it really made me uncomfortable at first but once I realize that I'm not undesirable as an awkward person, it really helped with my confidence.
Thing to understand - A shot in the dark is not worth the stress or rejection if you do not feel that you yourself would want to be approached by someone who appeared like you. this guy is far from ugly, and one of the reasons he got to connect with the girl is because 1. he has goals, a wholesome interest (lifting, body training, etc.), 2. approached a girl who IS interested, outgoing and matches a cold approach flawlessly. even after the one cold approach, I can literally notice the shaking breath, and his eyes seem to be red, and achy. cold approaching is NOT the primary goal for young men in the dating scene, find a good social circle, make good friends, a cold approach sometimes only takes effect in making friends, and meeting people.
