This week has been the most greatest and challenging week of my life. It was honestly the most fast paced, life changing challenge. Big question is how does he refinance his property and get a mortgage when he has lost his job and has no proof of inocome? Even with his deal sorcing this is self employed income ? Don’t you need three years of books genuinely curious? (This is the boat I’m in would like to remortgage to re invest but can’t seem to meet the employed income required etc for what my house is now worth)

What I liked the best about this video is him owning a house in one week and earning nearly £10k in just one week that is really crazy, it would take me 5 months to earn £10k. I liked how Samuel taught him the way to speak to the investor and provide him with the quality training. Also going to networking event is a must and getting yourself out there.

The best bit in the video was seeing how Elijah, a new Muslim, was so worried about consuming Riba and interest through a mortgage. Was really good to see how conscious of this he was so early into his journey into Islam, something a lot of born Muslim's fail to follow. It was also great to see how Samuel has even taken that into account and provided a way for him to still go ahead and purchase the house. I have always been into property and cant wait to get started and change my life! I have 3 children and am so keen to make this work and just waited to listen to someone for advice and guidance for this,as us fathers need to provide for our families and spend more time with our families. This is the reason why I have made my decision to follow you Samuel as have been watching a few of your stories and videos helping people. Unlike others, no disrespect to them, I feel is not with heart like you. As I watched this video with Elijah, you genuinely want to help people and feel them wanting to pursue and succeed. The most satisfying aspect of this video is Elijah’s evident growth in mindset and attitude. You can clearly see at the beginning how he lacked some confidence speaking to agents and investors and then at the end how he is full of confidence after you sat him down 1-1. I've watched Samuel Leeds videos for a while here back in Cape Town, South Africa. His personal journey is truly like a Rocky movie, he teaches you step by step this "Heroes Journey", what a fascinating mentor, friend, husband and all round KIND bloke he is , a real mans man. I could only wish for this kind of mentoring here and will have to strongly consider trying my best to do his course with the exchange rate and all but if it sets me up for financial freedom and helping our family from the throngs of what apartheid has done to not just my family but many others here in SA displaced us from land that was ours and now as a generation trying to get back to the ills there of , this will be accomplished. What I liked most was seeing how creative and flexible you can be with property deals - using lease options, cash purchases, and quick flips to create multiple opportunities. What I learned is the importance of acting fast, understanding the market, and thinking outside the box to make deals work, even when there are challenges like short leases or renovation costs. It really inspired me to look for similar deals and act quickly!
So glad this popped up on my TL. It was such a great watch and I had to share it with some of friends and family because seeing Elijah’s journey and the way Samuel helped coach him through this was amazing. All that valuable time, all them valuable skills have been passed on and it just goes to show how much can be learnt with the right person. It’s so true.
My favourite part was when Samuel met up with him 3 weeks later to see how he was doing and to hear the continued growth was truly humbling!

What I really liked about the video with Elijah was how practical and inspiring it was. It showed me that mindset is everything when it comes to success. Watching Elijah start with absolutely no money and still make progress reminded me that there’s always a way forward if you’re resourceful and determined. I found the deal sourcing strategy fascinating-how you can profit from property deals without actually owning them. It made me realize how much opportunity there is if you know where to look and take action. Seeing Elijah learn to network, leverage his skills, and push past his comfort zone was a powerful reminder that success isn’t about waiting for the perfect moment-it’s about making the most of what you have right now. It left me feeling motivated to take more action in my own life.
Great tips throughout; however, the best part of the video was the theme - taking someone that has nothing to begin with and giving them the tools/mindset so they can obtain what they desire.
An age old message, but one i desperately needed to hear as I prepare to step into 2025 in the same position as Elijah was at the beginning of this video.

The best part of this video? Watching Samuel play the ultimate wingman by blocking Elijah from selling a deal he should clearly keep for himself. It’s like “Bro, why climb someone else’s property ladder when you can build your own?”
And then there’s Elijah, having his lightbulb moment when he realizes he doesn’t need to mess with interest rates because, as a proud Muslim, that’s not his thing. There was equal parts amazement and joy from Elijah…like finding out the dessert you love is calorie free.
This video is a real reminder that finding property deals is like a treasure hunt, but if you keep digging, the payoff is worth it. Plus, having a Samuel in your corner doesn’t hurt!

There were so many gems in this video but my most favourite part was when Samuel addresses financial success in such a beautiful manner that does not contradict with Islamic principles. Samuel your message is truly inspirational and the self-less help you give to others! Elijah love your mindset and attitude! God willing you will be extremely successful in property! this video actually changed my perspective on property investing so much, you see I’m 18 and I’ve always known the best way to secure generational wealth is through assets like property. However I am also a muslim and the fact that interest rates and interest in general is forbidden in my religion has always been a big deterrent but after watching the way Samuel handled EVERYTHING it really made me respect him and his methods so much more instead of trying to get Elijah to go against his beliefs he actually offered him a solution that is compliant. NOT ONLY THAT !! The fact that you guys snagged up a property in Burnley kind of shocked me because I’m actually from Burnley and you’re telling me I’m surrounded by this much opportunity?? I couldn’t resist so I got in touch with Samuel and booked in a slot for a deal sourcing crash course and I have pretty high expectations and cannot wait to make a start !!

What I liked most about this video was how straightforward you were with Elijah.
I take my hat off to Elijah, keeping up with Sam wouldn't be an easy task for anyone, which was noticed in the start, but watching Elijah adapt throughout the video with the guidance of Sam is incredible.

I love this video it shows me even when your down there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. Really gives people like me and my partner hope that we can do it.
