When Evans rolled up in the porche I'd just watched a few of the earlier episodes and said "oh wonder what happened to them all now, how there getting on" and when he said in the meeting yes we'd love to help you out It was like a full circle moment from the starting point he came from with nothing to being the one to help someone get started with their first deal.. just hits you in the feelers! 🙏
So basically you've held her hand through the entire thing, got deals for her, negotiated for her and even offered to guarantee for her, if needed... Dont fall for this. Its all an act mate. You can make money but it takes more than 5 days to become financially free trust me. If it was a case of just walking in and making all these days with no experience and no money everyone would be doing it. Ive tried and got nowhere with this. So what happens when there are Tennants in the property. Do you kick them out and hike the rent? I thought that you have to find someone with a property that is vacant or coming to the end of a tenancy agreement.
So technically it's all about having connections and knowing the right people? I mean I get where the ideas are coming from and it's all about utilizing good debt in as many ways as possible, but at the same time, had she just had the knowledge from Sam, doing the talking herself, representing herself as a brand new company and without the people Sam pulled in to back her deal, would she really be "financially free"? Might try it and tell you where it gets me haha.

It’s illegal to rent out a building as HMO when the property isn’t registered as HMO…you can’t just take a single rent property and decide to sublet to 4 tenants.

Committing to 1000s a month in payments, doing deals with complete strangers, business partners, no capital reserves, no money down, no landlord expertise, high fives and having a laugh. I never new financial freedom was so easy.
This is incredible, I am literally crying. for her to say she wanted to buy a place by the time she was 30 and the next day you are looking at properties and talking about house hacking in London blows my mind.
Most landlords won’t accept a tenant sub-letting the extra rooms under their nose lol. Looks like Samuels connections came through on this one. Not necessarily applicable to the everyday nobody though.
Had to pause when I came to find out this whole story had a sad ending. Amelia Sutcliffe (the girl Samuel was leading on) actually ended up becoming an employee again as things blatantly did not work out and found this was not a method for financial freedom. As the saying goes, if it’s too good to be true then it probably is.
Yeah but why did it not work out? that's what you need to ask yourself. I got three friends in the UK who i recommend to do this i live in Denmark and this is pretty impossible. And the guys all make 3-8k a moth now and its been only a year. And even evans who did this freedom challenge is making 12k a month years on and is doing well. But as you could see with this girl she is too unsure and does not belive in herself or that's its possible and does not have the work ethic and mindset like evans for example and my friends that's why it did not work.
How cool the emotional rollercoaster of going from zero to hero...of total fear and doubt to confidence and success! Your guy's energy really exploded towards the end of her dream high rise apartment that she really loves! It is so cool and inspiring the fact that you cracked the code a long time ago and now is willing to share it with other's who could only dream of this until You gave them hope and confidence even while losing such a beautiful and great employee. I still don't get your videos. Like there's a step you miss out. How did she get someone to hand over 4grand from that woman? Your videos are proper vague about these "packages" you supposedly sell. What are you actually "selling" that gets you free money? I get the rent to rent but that doesn't get you 4 grand up front?
She made 4k by selling her 10 bed HMO deal to another property investor who is cash ready. They would be happy to pay the 4k finder fee to be introduced to a motivated landlord who is willing to allow an Investor to take control of their property and make a profit. Time is money.. if you made £50k how much would you pay to make another £50k in half the time?

Had to pause when I came to find out this whole story had a sad ending. Amelia Sutcliffe (the girl Samuel was leading on) actually ended up becoming an employee again as things blatantly did not work out and found this was not a method for financial freedom. As the saying goes, if it’s too good to be true then it probably is.
Yeah but why did it not work out? that's what you need to ask yourself. I got three friends in the UK who i recommend to do this i live in Denmark and this is pretty impossible. And the guys all make 3-8k a moth now and its been only a year. And even evans who did this freedom challenge is making 12k a month years on and is doing well. But as you could see with this girl she is too unsure and does not belive in herself or that's its possible and does not have the work ethic and mindset like evans for example and my friends that's why it did not work.
How cool the emotional rollercoaster of going from zero to hero...of total fear and doubt to confidence and success! Your guy's energy really exploded towards the end of her dream high rise apartment that she really loves! It is so cool and inspiring the fact that you cracked the code a long time ago and now is willing to share it with other's who could only dream of this until You gave them hope and confidence even while losing such a beautiful and great employee. I still don't get your videos. Like there's a step you miss out. How did she get someone to hand over 4grand from that woman? Your videos are proper vague about these "packages" you supposedly sell. What are you actually "selling" that gets you free money? I get the rent to rent but that doesn't get you 4 grand up front?
She made 4k by selling her 10 bed HMO deal to another property investor who is cash ready. They would be happy to pay the 4k finder fee to be introduced to a motivated landlord who is willing to allow an Investor to take control of their property and make a profit.
Time is money.. if you made £50k how much would you pay to make another £50k in half the time?
