Shouldn't it be the gerund, like plugging, because we need a noun there. "All he was doing was complaining." Why not "complain" in the sentence before.? Can I say "All I wanted was watch your video?"
Hello, first of all I need to admit that I absolutely love your content, both on YT and on your website. However my main motivation to write this comment is a rather desperate need for some advice. Could I have one question regarding paraphrasing in Ielts academic, especially task 1? I personally have a huge problem with deciding what is actually possible to be paraphrased and what words, terms, names (e.g. in tables, diagrams of precesses) should be used unchanged. Is there any simple way to memorise some rules what to paraphrase and what not to? ( I have only a few days before the test and I doubt I could really start comprehending or feeling it if I haven't managed to do it so far, that's why I am asking about any pragmatic solution, such as that maybe as far as a diagram is concerned, no changes should be ever applied to the names of materials or tools shown(?) )
