*whispers with silly hand gesture* magiiiccc..... I really loved how fun and easy it was to listen to you rattle off mathematical stats and explain why they are so cool. If I had to make a suggestion as to what you could talk about in a future video, I might ask if you would be willing to talk about the origin of the Jam and why fostering positive community gatherings and attitudes like what you did with it are important.
I obviously hope for some tutorials every now and then but stuff like this video would be great too. History of magic, notable figures, philosophies and ideas surrounding magic could be cool.
Well, while talking about just randomness you gave so much interesting topics to talk with the audience and keep them interested. I can't wait to see where this channel is going to go.
How did I miss this!!!! ......I thought that I had seen all of your videos, yet this is the most pertinent to me. I have been thinking recently that should I ever perform magic again, I would "introduce" the playing cards. I consider them to be more " magical" than the tricks themselves, for the reasons that you have discussed. Also I feel that there are many today that have little idea as to what these pieces of paper are and how they are used. Thanks for the Diaconis book reference, I knew about his paper but not the book, I am not a mathematician but will enjoy the read all the same. Mike
So happy to see you starting a channel here on RUclips, after I've known you and watched your content for a number of years! I really look forward to what you want to say about magic, presentation, technique and everything else! I have watched somewhere else, some long time ago that you really like mathematics and you read math books for fun! As an engineering student I am really interested in what kind of subjects you find interesting and fun, maybe do a video (or more?) talking about that stuff? I really believe you'll do great here as well, you're one of my favourite magicians to watch and learn from!
By the way, I love the content you just shared. It's magic and Math. Now... that's something completely down my stream of interest. Keep it coming. It's unique.
Okay that was quite unexpected and super interesting! loved it! cant wait to see where the channel goes! About what we might wanna see - hmm personally i'd like to see some drills to improve dexterity at the table and generally to be better at handling the cards at the table . Like speed for shuffling, rhythm for dealing etc. just tips not tutorials. I used to use metronome for false dealing and it kinda helps dunno if you ever tried it
Sir, I just love the work the manipulation you do which those cards . I had searched for your RUclips channel couple of times before but atlast I have found it and its a new channel. Will be supporting you channel by any means I can . RESPECT.😅🥰🤗😙😇
I'm just pleased to hear you talk man. And the themes you'll choose to talk about (like randomness) I'm sure are going to be interesting as hell! Keep it up my friend
heck man just re-cover everything in magic .. you just make it click even without examples.... day in got one more video to watch and il be caught up for your new one haha respect
WoW! This was really enjoyable to watch! Interesting topic you covered there. Your first post was also awesome. So now can't wait for a next one! Your style of presenting stuff is great! Keep up the good work!
Amazing analysis!! Can't wait for another video like this, I'd love to see more content that starts around a simple idea (like here, "random") and then builds up a whole story that's not only interesting, but lets you also dive into the history of magic! Masterpiece
i love this stuff , soo interesting , id love to see you perform card effects , i dont care too much about tutorials , id be happy to see you sling cards about and blow people away with awesome magic .....
Wow, that is my theory about cards and how random it is. Thanks for the great effort you exert in these videos. You inspire me a lot. I think you can cover in the next videos palming and gambling techniques.
Im biased being an amateur magician but you absolutely had me captivated from start to end and I very much enjoyed all of the abstract talk and topics about random possibilities and just the sheer bulk of knowledge you dropped within 10 minutes lmao 😂 you sir are doing amazing and I would love to see any videos about this kind of stuff or tutorials about anything you’re able to offer because any knowledge from you is as good as gold. I also loved this video because you make it all seem easier to understand and it’s very interesting and motivating! You’re a badass Jeremy and keep up the good work man. 🤙🏻
There is a great example for putting the randomness of a deck of cards into perspective...google "52 factorial" and it should be the first page. Good read!
"a wizard is never late, Frodo Baggins, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to" - Gandalf. You are not late Jeremy! You are precisely on time!
I'll tell you what buddy, don't apologise for a "long video" you are passing down some amazing wisdom that'll inspire future magicians and card manipulators. Jerry Griffin will be remembered as one of the G.O.A.Ts🙌🙌🙏

The title: the dovetail duffle to it's lair I believe was a quote by Mr Jordan.
