  • Video on how to replace / remove / change front dashboard air vents on Dodge Charger sedan. Often the air vents get pushed in too hard and detached. Then if you are lucky air vent just has to be pushed back into its place. If something is cracked, then it will have to be replaced with a new air vent or glued with plastic bonder. ( 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | 2014 | 2015 | 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | 2021 | 2022 | SE | SXT | 3.6L ).
To replace the air vent you will have to pop out complete center dashboard bezel piece. Before you start lower and pull out the steering wheel. There is no screws holding the center piece. Gently pop it out using plastic trim removal tools. Disconnect all of the electrical connectors plugged into the main dashboard radio screen. Now it is very easy to remove / install air vents. Again there is no screws holding these, only plastic clips. Good luck.

What if one of the tabs is broken off on the dash board opening that the vent clicks onto?
