That is who built my engine! I am very impressed with the GT-R. The looks are stunning. When you pull out everyone knows this is a different car. Guys under 30 know it is a GT-R. Above 50 they love the looks of the car but the question is, "what is it." With the GT-R I have found to be prepared to meet a lot of new friends.
I would take a GT-R over anything. Unique looks (not too swoopy and trying too hard), daily drivable, all-wheel drive, fast, great fit and finish, reliable, hand-built engine, plenty of leg and head room, excellent safety if crashed....
Can’t speak to the GT500 yet. Haven’t driven one yet. But it would be a close call. I know the GT500 has a much louder sound, but this GT-R is so dang comfortable and smooth
I looked at the GT500. At $105k with the carbon fiber package - perhaps not a bad deal. But with the mark-ups past $180k - don't think so. The big thing is you are buying a $30k interior and the same questionable fit and finish. I looked at several Bullitts and the GT350s. The panel cuts were very crude. The GT-R is a quality build from the inside out if that is important. Everything fits and I can find no flaws.
It has a beautiful mechanical sound. Remember that dual clutch transmission is in the rear. It adds to the handling and perhaps more so to the overall sonic capabilities as well?
Its a 10 year old car and tech by now. Stop beating the dead horse Nissan. All competitors have improved and brought new improvements and this old dog has been only gone up in price...$120k for a Datsun LMAO.

Amazing video Cant wait to pick mine up! 2021 GTR in july!
Good presentation. AWD and 565 HP daily drive sounds pretty nice. I like the Pearl color and interior.
Thank you so much!! Glad you enjoyed
Awesome video! I don’t recall another one where someone from Nissan North American head office, is interviewed and talks about the GTR.
Thank you so munch! Glad you enjoyed it.

My Dream Car
Byron, you're so dreamy
Waiting on next body style to purchase one body style to old .
No revving when the car is cold let it warm up first for a little.

@@sterlingpromeasure3893 great feedback.
@@sterlingpromeasure3893 No flaws? Like the front fascia fake air intake vents?
@@thehammer3340 lmao, that’s not a flaw though.
How many times did he say “exactly “ in the video? 🤣
Exaaactly!
Hi
GTR❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇱🇰
He’s very tall
Yes!
@@Drive615 How tall are you?
New cars have no soul. This car sounds like a vacuum cleaner. OMG...

Button on ... button off.... no difference
In person you can tell a difference and also when accelerating
If you are talking about the comfort button there is a difference. It lights a green light! Other than that, no difference in road feel.

Well stated 👏....I do like this car but definitely not worth 120K.....
