That’s an awesome saw. Cold cutting is becoming the standard for metal working and fabrication. One of your future project builds is going to have to be a new workshop to house all of your amazing tools.⚒️ 🧰
I have the S380CPS saw currently. Liked it so much that I told a friend, who has his own welding shop, and he purchased one too. I'll have to wait and see IF I have a need for this new version, or not. I honestly don't use it all that much, so my current one fills my need. I don't have any breaker issues running the older model either. I sometimes plug it into an outlet that I think has only that on it (not really sure, since I'm renting the place).
I have that same saw as well, it's a beast! Not everyone will see a need to upgrade. With that said if your a first time buyer, I'd seriously consider the new models.
Hi, Andrew! Have you ever heard the saying: “ The only difference between a man and a boy is the price of their toys.” Your eyes light up when you operate all your “toys.” Keep the videos coming!!
Wouldn’t it be nice since they have the smart motor technology if you could just run one blade regardless of material… stainless steel, aluminum, etc… I think I might try to add a shadow line light to my model purchased shortly before this one came out.
I just got EVO 380 a week ago, for $450, where it is impossible to set 45 angle, or any angle without proper measuring equipment, guard blocks any cuts over 3 inches high so tha guard had to be trashed, i can see this new one will block it too... they could just copy Dewalt, more intelligent designs. 14 inch blade should be able to cut 7 inches, but NO, lets make it impossible. Only good thing about it - makes nice clean cuts, but spraying a lot of blue metal chips all over the place. You welcome from not that happy customer.
@@willholt100 evosaw380, what is the difference? Only thing I can see that on one you can unscrew the whole side guard to be able to cut deeper, is there anything else?
@@slave_KThe Evosaw 380 is an old product that has been around for many years. The S380CPS was fully designed from the ground up by us at Evolution about 5/6 years ago. There is nothing the same between them, the S380 has features and specifications that address customer comments and way out perform the Evosaw. The saw shown in this video is the 2nd Generation of the S380 with even further features and improvements. S380 will cut 3.5 in at 45 degrees. And has the largest cutting capacity of any 14” cold saw on the market.
Not sure what your asking. If it's the price vs 3500+ cuts.... It's 100 percent worth it. I can't tell you how many crappy abrasive saw blades I've went through just to make a few cuts on thick metal.

Lol I do need a bigger shop.
@@TheKelleysReviewsyou certainly do.
Every little upgrade makes a difference
Great features and I love that porta-table!
The table is sweet!
Really nice new features. Thanks for sharing, Andrew.
My pleasure!

The soft start will be great with your solar system in the shop.
Exactly! It's a huge benefit for me.
great saw would not have a use myself but a better option for those that have a need
Thank you for watching
Thats a saw!! 💪

I've never seen an all in one blade, that would be awesome.
@@TheKelleysReviews Someone ought to do a test to see if cutting soft aluminum with an Evolution Stainless Steel blade shortens the life of the blade.
fot the next video please cut 4 inch tall piece at the 45 deg, maybe Evolution fixed that issue. I just wonder.
Nice
So nice
probably want to let the blade stop turning before you lift saw, teeth will snag the cutoff on you, damage a tooth.
That's true

Which saw do you have? The S380CPS? Or EVOSAW380?

Always remain the price of thr blade. 😢
