as someone who’s been trying to build recently (in sims 3) the way she bangs these houses out so quickly is so impressive
it's crazy. I can never ever get roofs to look right so I always just make houses that have like one place that sticks out so that I just use two pieces of roofing. What are debug items?
To be fair, Sims 3 is soooo hard to build quickly in!

I think a high school/boarding school/girls dorm building would be good to showcase all the different “rugs”
i use TOOL mod to rotate them and use them as posters/murals! one of my favorite debug items
wich tool mod you have. i downloaded one but it wont work in the game

@@sybrenkruijf8570 make sure you have the most up to date version of TOOL installed! Twisted Mexi has done installation tutorial videos for a lot of his vids as well iirc, so maybe check that to make sure you've installed it correctly ♥️
I love when Kayla gets creative decorating bedrooms like this! Creating a sim doesn't start and end with CAS, these bedrooms have so much character!
i always love seeing simsie doing no-budget builds. i love that she is always so inclusive in making sure as many ppl as possible can download her builds but i LOVE seeing her be able to have fun w no limitations

Why I love unlimited pack builds- BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT LIMITED. In mind what's the point of having packs of you only do limited pack builds? Use as many packs as you want Kayla!
I totally get why she normally sticks to only 1 or a couple but as someone who only watches simmers play bc I can’t play anymore since my computer can’t handle it and the game sucks on console… yes pls use any and all packs!!! Lol
As someone that downloads houses in Gallery with packs I don't have, just use them all, Kayla. Sometimes, even just having the shell is fun enough, and finding interesting ways to replace the missing pack items not included in the house is fun anyway. I'd rather watch the fun content of creativity freedom. It's so fun!
because not everyone has all these packs lmao so not everyone can use the house as it is shown here

I always love how Kayla decorate teenage rooms, she is a true artist, and I'm here for it!
Video idea: Rating all building slots from best to worst. (Could be base game or literally every building slot in the sims 4)
I think this would be fun since I'm always curious what's the best slot to build in that has the best lighting, the best background for gallery photos, the best view and/or other things that would make the lot look great in that specific spot.
Maybe even organising per lot size!

I love how Kayla usually doesn’t decorate her houses in red white and blue because it reminds her of the US flag, meanwhile I’m here and hates when she builds with blue and yellow because it remind me of the Swedish flag 😅🇸🇪
Obsessed with the teen rooms! I love when you go wild and use all the packs, I can see cool things that aren’t in my game! Also then when I download it I can fill in the gaps and make it more “mine”

16:25 watches Kayla place a telescope, then zoom out enough to show the trees completely hiding said telescope. I guess this Sim wants to spy on neighbours instead of the sky. lol
I actually really like the no budget builds bc it lets you build with your full creativity and the builds feel so much more personal and cluttered 😍
Plus we can always just ‘motherlode’ 😂

I GENUINELY think Kayla’s builds recently have been SO good and that she’s still improving so much- they are so beautiful! From the llama farm, to the default swatch, and this. They’ve all been SO beautiful

The sims in this house... maybe they're twin girls, one of them is like a pro player and streamer and her sister is an artist who offered to paint the "rugs" in their rooms. Their parents maybe didn't allow them to have real rugs because they're allergic or something

You should do the coloring book challenge but with everything blue then you change the swatches!
day 1 asking for an entirely debug house. even if its not functional, like the ovens from eco lifestyle. but entirely debug (walls and rooves and flooring etc allowed) but try hardest to make a free or very cheap entirely debug house that looks nice

yup. the school i went to made you pay for the parking spot you wanted to paint and then you can paint whatever you wanted. kinda like decorating lockers lol. (it was only seniors i think)

I really liked the build and it was fun to see what Kayla chose to put where, because in my head I had a different idea. I'll probably download the building and redo the floorplan for fun!! Thanks Kayla!! Edit to add: I like watching Kayla and other simmers for inspo because I'm a moody goth by default, all the rooms will be black if I don't watch builds for colour ideas haha

by the way, seniors in american high schools aren't as common as simsie implied. you need a small school, a car-dependent community, and LOTS of open land for parking lots -- not to mention the cooperation of the school. i've personally never met anyone whose painted their parking spot. i think it's more of a halfway through suburb-to-rural type thing for the aforementioned criteria.
I have a challenge suggestion if you're interested. Maybe try making a spacious house? I've noticed a lot of your builds are pretty small. I'm claustrophobic, so I wouldn't be able to bring myself to have a sim live in a small house 😅

I just spent like 4 hours building my Grey Gen Heir house lol. Lots of greys... Love all the colors you are using right now.
I speculate that we will eventually get a Grade School. We have daycare for the tots, high-school for teens and Uni for teen/YA. We just dont have a grade school/grammer school.

Like on Horse Ranch, if you breed a Championship horse, the babies will get an extra trait you can only get from breeding the Champion horse.
There could be softball and soccer games and weather the parents attend affect the manners or something

Completely unrelated to the video, but i just found one of my first saves and theres a throuple in it. In a way, Eco Lifestyle has the 'Free Love' neighborhood action plan thing. Which works fine unless you leave the neighborhood.

i think simsie should try to let imperfections into her builds a little more! In real life, not all places have one coordinated colour scheme so i think it would be fun to make a build with more chaos of life in it
