I would definitely like the three bedroom unit probably change the child’s room into a office. Although I would actually live in any of the units! Love this apartment and location.😊
I appreciate you pointing out that game devs aren't the ones choosing to make all these micro transactions. The sims team doesn't always understand what the community wants but they're just a group of creative people hired to work on a game. I'm sure if it were up to them, they'd be given the time and resources to fix a lot of the bugs and refresh old packs instead of pumping out tiny DLCs with no new gameplay. I've played the sims my whole life but I've only really been active in the online community since the sims 4. It's rightfully critical most of the time but sometimes the negativity is overblown and also very misplaced. It benefits EA to put their game devs on the front lines to field complaints about poor corporate decisions. It's important we voice our concerns in the right channels but we should also be aware that the people we're talking to aren't the ones making most of the decisions, good or bad.
couldn't agree more. game devs have such a hard job and all the criticism from the community always makes me feel so bad for them. the problem really are the decision makers, aka the sales and marketing department
I think a dilapidated mansion in moonwood mill would be cool! Like a pack of ware-wolves or adventurous sims converted the old mansion into a few apartments
would love to see a hostel or smthg in san myshuno. like a cheap tiny hotel for backpackers and students. and maybe a sleep away summer camp in granite falls or chestnut ridge?
you could totally re-do magnolia promenade with a coffeeshop (downstairs), bookshop (upstairs) and a small bubble tea store next to it, and you can add the stage/microphone to the bookstore for poetry nights and the clothing racks in every space at the entry for the people to leave their jackets on and stuff; also, another lot could be a vet clinic + pet store + pharmacy; and the third lot could be a small little park as there aren't any in this world 🫶🏻
I really appreciate your authentic commentary on your perception of the Sims community, especially in recent years. I've been playing since the beginning but only started consuming and creating content in the last few years, so I'm not as familiar with how things were pre-kits. But the way you've explained it does actually validate certain feelings I've had and vibes I've picked up on.
2:24 the roof style is called a mansard roof! it was invented in the 19th century as a way to add additional living space while getting around zoning laws in Paris
I also came here to say it's a mansard roof. I didn't know about the French architect, but I knew the name from earlier Sims games that had more roof options!
I used to have chronic back problems and a simple little lumbar support cushion was totally life-changing. It still hurts a little when I wake up in the morning and when I'm on my period but taking a walk before it gets too bad really helps.
something i saw a lot when i was living in japan were these clusters of very traditional homes being right next to a super modern apartment complex, and i think that would be really interesting to recreate in mt komorebi with the rent pack!
Omg i love how you randomly went into a rant/discussion when making the exposed closet, im a new sims player myself and people like you can help me decide what i should spend my very limited money on ❤😎
This fits within the world *so* well! Great job! I can't get over how you so nonchalantly put wine in the closet/wardrobe 😆 I've found doing exercises geared toward lower back arthritis has helped a lot with back pain!
OK, I don’t usually comment on your videos, but I like watching them to relax at night and this was a really really fun one. I just got to the portion of the video where you’re talking talking about your back pain and I just wanted to give you some advice that if you haven’t gone recently, and if you still have your gallbladder, I would get that checked because I had a really bad back pain for two years and it turned out to be my gallbladder which needed to come out immediately.
ooh yeah this is really good advice. sometimes back pain is secretly an abdominal issue, or something else that isn't super obvious just from the pain you're feeling. definitely see a doctor when you're hurting!
As a big fan of the werewolf pack -- I'd love to see you do a converted warehouse apartment complex or a trailer park. in the large empty lot. An artist commune might fit that world with either of those. Also having that much back pain isn't normal, even though we kind of normalize it. if you''re having low back pain specifically, you may have psoas tightness (which happens with prolonged sitting) -- laying on your back with your kneels and hips at 90 degrees, resting your feet on a chair or the couch is a great way to rest that muscle in a way that is opposite weight distribution.
I really appreciate creators who are open about their likes and complaints. Honesty can be difficult in an era where promotion of new things is largely done by creators. I’m new to the Sims, I’ve only been playing like a year and a half, but it does feel like the kit releases have become more frequent. However, I think it reflects a bigger cultural/commercial shift to a more content/products rather than better content/products. I think the most obvious example of this is the makeup industry. New products and companies created a lot of hype. However, everybody saw that hype and turned it into new products directly equally hype, so they turned out more and more new launches. The genuine excitement has died down because of the over saturation of the market. You don’t have time to get excited when seventeen new products are released each week. Companies are creating artificial hype/excitement by using social media to make things go viral. To remain relevant and attract people to their channels makeup people have to go buy this new product and talk about it. It feeds into the product going viral and gives the company further incentive to quickly turn out products. It’s even harder for small brands launching products because they don’t have the same resources to promote their products. Instead of a few big influencers, where just one of them trying their product can become a huge deal and give them a proper spot in the market, there’s now thousands. It’s the same reason why TikTok can never be Vine. When there were fewer people to watch, a majority of the population saw the same thing.
I missed this series!! You always deliver with your builds and this one did not disappoint as well. Really wondered what you're gonna do with Magnolia world and I'm LOVING the idea of you building smth on the other 3 lots. It would be great to see
13:01 For your back pain issues, I developed lower back pain during my previous desk job sitting 10h/day. I started doing the cat to cow yoga pose for a few minutes everyday, in the morning and in the evening and it worked perfectly for me. Other good ones are child's pose, downward dog, bird dog (weird names, but they work 😂). Also getting up every hour for a little bit. Hope it helps! 😁
In Copperdale It will be cool if there was an studio apartment where teens go when they want to move out, but there parents don’t want them to get a own house
Loved this build❤. Also, glad that u’re not someone who’s pushing anything and everything to get sales especially since now u guys have a stake in them. I don’t really think of Simmers (at least the ones I watch) as the kinds of people that are mercenary like that anyway. Beauty gurus…that’s another story. I don’t have any thoughts about EA though. It’s a company and it does what companies do I guess. I’m just here to watch y’all build awesome stuff 😊
I'm obsessed! Love love love this build and would love for you to build more lots for this world 🥰 As it is so small, it would be amazing to have good lots as a reason to visit ❤
Ahhh I missed you!!! I’ve even gone back and rewatched some of your older videos while you were away 😅 I just noticed that your builds sparkle while you’re building! Are you adding that effect or is it something in the game? Anyway, I LOVE it and your genuine conversations while you build. So glad you’re back!
Oh wow this actually the first build video that actually liked and watched all the way through where you explain your design process and not some random life occurrences throughout the video 💕✨
12:50 You might need to think about a chiropractor or at least getting it investigated. You could have pulled a muscle or it’s out of alignment. That can happen. It happens to me. I used to go to the chiropractor every month but since moving we haven’t found one yet so my back has been in a lot of pain for about 7 months now. Trust me it’s worth looking into.
loving the build, it's super cute as always. some advice for back pain - depending on where it hurts, you can get support cushions for when you're sitting or sleeping. i definitely recommend maximizing your comfort, it can help so much more than you might expect. i use a big foam roller for my back as well, you might be able to find one at a wellness/pharmaceutical store, maybe target, definitely amazon. and if you want specific stretches i'd recommend looking up videos from physical therapists who specialize in the spine, or movement/flexibility experts, but tbh body maintenance can be as simple as standing up and trying to touch your toes; laying on your back and crossing your ankle over the opposite leg's knee; or getting on your knees and folding forward (often called child's pose in yoga). and this is so cliché i'm honestly sorry, but getting out and walking for like, half an hour, works to lessen my upper back strain when i've been desk-bound too long. really hope you can feel better ashley 🙏
I think a New Orleans themed haunted hotel would be amazing for willow creek! I've also seen suggestions for a kids summer camp at granite falls and completely agree!!
This just makes me wanna get the apartments expansion pack so much more! Your builds are always so inspiring to me, also for back pain mady morrison got many great yoga and stretching videos that has helped me lots with my backpain, but also going to someone for massages regularly helps me lots, I do not do it often but just doing it every so often combined with stretching around 3 times a week atm has helped me so much. Hope your back feels better soon.
This beautiful exterior makes me want to see you build Parisian townhouses 🏠. Agree with you about 'public company vibes' 😂. Always appreciate your honest opinions on the packs. The fitness stuff pack is underrated! Love the art gallery idea…I would love to have dual purpose lots, but until then we have to be creative ⭐️ Perhaps san Myshuno could have an adjoining pizzeria with the home chef hustle table?
I feel like the vibe of the Sims has changed a lot, and I am not on board with it. I am glad you keep your channel creative because creativity is not seen as ‘profitable’ nowadays. As you said, all video games are changing and adapting to a new format. I don't blame game devs, but EA itself. Although they are only worrying about the bottom line, the lack of creativity and dedication leads to a fandom loss for several franchises. Sadly, companies seem not to mind alienating their fandoms as long as they make money. Some have said so. I think the Sims is a hard case because the game developers maintain a consistent community with the Sims. Despite their effort, the community has to use their space to vent their issues. It would be interesting if a former game developer could discuss their experience working with EA. The gaming community does not understand what is happening behind these companies.
A shipping container apt building in Evergreen Harbor! Like they recycled the containers into homes packed on each other. Of course the lot is very green and uses wind energy and rain water and has lots of gardening!
I think a Luxurious Willow Creek, French Quarter Hotel would be amazing. With a lounge, and or small restaurant. A converted older building to fit the aesthetic of the world.
I really love the apartments, the second family apartment would be great. I'd love to live somewhere like that. One of my favourite authors says that her working desk saved her back and possibly her life.
Country estate in Bringdletong Bay. Somthing lavish with space for pets. I feel like its the type of place where rich owners of famous pets live. So fancy rooms for the pets and traing courses❤
I'd love to see you tackle a vacation world if that's possible! Hostel for Selvadorada? RV parking lot for Granite Falls? Spaceship parking lot for Batuu?? 😂
This is gorgeous! I’m definitely adding this to my game. I may swap the amenities room for a high end jewelry store with crystal creations pack though since it’s another business you can run from a residential lot.
Would you like to build in the hidden worlds too? Like Sixam, the Realm of Magic World and the others? You can build there with cheats. I would love to see it!
I’d love to see an artist collective living space! Some of them exist IRL, where the housing is cheaper for creatives! Maybe one unit is a painter, woodworker, gamer, musician, etc.!
A old fish factory turnt in to apartements in Bridelton Bay. Secret underground bunkers in oasis spring. Small Japans inspired apartements in mt. Komerebi.
I would like an old looking cabin in Selvedorada, so if sims are on vacontion they have somwhere to eat and sleep. There is no need for extra things, because they are the whole day exploring
I commented this on the last apartment video but I think a summer camp in chest nut ridge would look so cool like a horse themed summer camp or something along those lines
The only thing that helped my back pain was exercise! Sorry lol. I used to do the Walk At Home workouts and they really helped to strengthen my core. I’m so sorry you’re suffering, back pain is just awful. I suffered for years.
A brownstone apartment building that's a bit run-down. It could have a mini park outside of it and then a creepy maintenance/utility room for the entire building.
I have back issues myself and the thing that helped me the most and had the longest effects was acupuncture. I didn't believe in acupuncture as an effective treatment for anything at all but I was wrong. I still have back pain but I went from a daily pain level of 8-9 to a daily pain level of 2-3.
I've been playing sims since 2009 with sims 2 and have had almost every game and generation of the game since but I feel I barely play anymore with all the bugs and glitches, my Mac crashes a lot.
I love this!! I have been playing the sims since Sims 1 when I was in sixth grade. I have noticed recently there are so many new packs and I felt like I was spending too much money on the game even with mainly buying kits. I wonder if they are trying to pay for all the work on Sims 5 but they could have more sales on expensive expansion packs then on kits. For now I’m saving money but I still love the game!
Which unit would you live in? ❤
The student one is so cute ❤
I’d love to live in the middle unit! I could see my bestie and I thriving there 🥰
Most definitely Unit 3 🔥
The bachelor pad lol
I would definitely like the three bedroom unit probably change the child’s room into a office. Although I would actually live in any of the units! Love this apartment and location.😊

I would love to see a kids summer camp in Granite Falls
I would love if they did summer pack ,one for kids go to summer camp ,another one building water park
Such a cute idea!!! 💡
omg yes! w little cabins, a canteen, and crafts and sports
I don’t think residential rentals work in vacation lots but I’d love to see the build anyway!
This is a really great idea!! I would definitely utilize this in game play 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Shipping containers turned apartments in Evergreen Harbor would be super cool!
I think a dilapidated mansion in moonwood mill would be cool! Like a pack of ware-wolves or adventurous sims converted the old mansion into a few apartments
This! Yes 🤩

Love it! And that’s called a mansard roof. Named after a Parisian architect, I think. But it always makes me think of the Vampire Weekend song.
I’d also suggest doing yoga to strengthen your back muscles

Would love to see you build horse stables in Chesnut ridge with studio apartments on top for their owners 💕🐎
You are so genuine and sympathetic. I like your “deep talks” so much. All live to you 🥰
These feels like a labor of love 🖤
FINALLY! I was scared that this series is cancelled 😭😭
I would love to see you do the rest of the builds in this world 👌🏽
I love how this build perfectly blends into its environment and world
This fits within the world *so* well! Great job! I can't get over how you so nonchalantly put wine in the closet/wardrobe 😆 I've found doing exercises geared toward lower back arthritis has helped a lot with back pain!
The floorplan and furnishing of this build is so creative and different from what I expected! Love the final condo
I would love to see you redo this entire world. It needs it.

Wow this is beautiful! I really appreciate you and everything you build it’s a big help to me, I suck at building.
Love the phrase "open face closet" LOL
This was gorgeous! Love your decor choices
OMG IVE MISSED YOU SOOO MUCH!!!

This is by far my favorite series. Definitely revamp the whole town especially because it’s so small 🤍
YES PLEASE do more in this world!!! I would LOVE to see that! Maybe an update of the shops and add park areas on the side of one or two!!!
I'm obsessed! Love love love this build and would love for you to build more lots for this world 🥰 As it is so small, it would be amazing to have good lots as a reason to visit ❤

I am really enjoying the apartment series! I download them into my games as fast as you build them! 😊
I really love this. Especially that you added a pool inside. I usually never think of that.
The closet tv in the loft reminds me of my dad's old apartment 😂 he had a CRT tv in his closet we used to play gamecube games on!
Four days!?!! I absolutely love it! I also love the transparency I always wonder how long it takes.
The way you mix colors together ‼️‼️💀💀🤦🏽♂️ lol just awesome
Thank you ☺️☺️
You’re welcome 👌🏽

I've been playing the Sims since the Sims 1 came out 24 years ago. So right around the time you were born!
I love your builds so much.
A shipping container apt building in Evergreen Harbor! Like they recycled the containers into homes packed on each other. Of course the lot is very green and uses wind energy and rain water and has lots of gardening!
You are NOT lazy! Pre cluttered decor is thinking smarter not harder 👍
I used your creator stuff to buy a kit. I know it won't make much for you, but still hope it will make you smile ^^
Thanks for your videos !
omg!! thank you very much :) i am really grateful for your support
I really appreciate your authenticity. Keep doing you.
ilyy
girl this build is top tier!!! you slayed yet another time
I think a Luxurious Willow Creek, French Quarter Hotel would be amazing. With a lounge, and or small restaurant. A converted older building to fit the aesthetic of the world.
This building is absolutely stunning! As usual, great work Ashley. No worries if u need time to urself. We can wait😊
I love this build! I also completely appreciate your transparency with kits and packs etc! ❤
This is the first video of yours I've ever watched! Love your building style and general vibe
I'm still wishing for a werewolf flophouse in Moonwood Mill. Loved this build so much!
this building is a whole vibe 🖤
Thank youuu
It’s a luxury apartment that has a gym, a pool, and a sauna, but you have to go to the laundromat, lol
I'd love to see you tackle a vacation world if that's possible!
Hostel for Selvadorada? RV parking lot for Granite Falls? Spaceship parking lot for Batuu?? 😂
Love this build! I would be interested to see a multigenerational family build with a mother in law unit.
I love this build so muuchh❤❤ You did a good job! Take care of yourself tho🫶🏼
I’d love to see an artist collective living space! Some of them exist IRL, where the housing is cheaper for creatives! Maybe one unit is a painter, woodworker, gamer, musician, etc.!
Adaptive bodywork will change your life girl
maybe for copperdale a pair or trio of townhouses for some teachers? (pay is definitely more suited to apartments lol)
This turned out so amazing!! I love it! 😍😍
Definitely something in Brindleton Bay!
Amazing build. Love the art gallery 😊
Absolutely LOVE this.
Love this condo! Can't wait to play in it. YES!! Please redo this world. That retail space has motel vibes- yikes!
A old fish factory turnt in to apartements in Bridelton Bay.
Secret underground bunkers in oasis spring.
Small Japans inspired apartements in mt. Komerebi.
This looks great! Loved the outcome
I would like an old looking cabin in Selvedorada, so if sims are on vacontion they have somwhere to eat and sleep. There is no need for extra things, because they are the whole day exploring
Two things. Beautiful build as always and get yourself a foam roller.
Wow! This is an amazing building! Well done! I don't own the For Rent EP, but if I did, I would definitely want this in my game.
I commented this on the last apartment video but I think a summer camp in chest nut ridge would look so cool like a horse themed summer camp or something along those lines
this is absolutely stunning 🤩 i’m moving in asap
I loved this build😮. Very thought out.
The only thing that helped my back pain was exercise! Sorry lol. I used to do the Walk At Home workouts and they really helped to strengthen my core. I’m so sorry you’re suffering, back pain is just awful. I suffered for years.
I suffer from degenerative Spondylosis. My PT doc referred me to Bob and Brad on RUclips for great stretches to do from home. They are fantastic!
this was a very lovely build ❤
I feel like using My first pet stuff is fine since they've made it free in the past so more people have it 😊
Oh it does look cool. Very nice!
A brownstone apartment building that's a bit run-down. It could have a mini park outside of it and then a creepy maintenance/utility room for the entire building.
The building is so beautiful

I've been playing sims since 2009 with sims 2 and have had almost every game and generation of the game since but I feel I barely play anymore with all the bugs and glitches, my Mac crashes a lot.
I love this!! I have been playing the sims since Sims 1 when I was in sixth grade. I have noticed recently there are so many new packs and I felt like I was spending too much money on the game even with mainly buying kits. I wonder if they are trying to pay for all the work on Sims 5 but they could have more sales on expensive expansion packs then on kits. For now I’m saving money but I still love the game!
I've just discovered your channel and it's soo perfect ❤️ since you asked, maybe a treehouse lodge in jungle adventure would be cool!
How about a self-sustaining eco-community building in evergreen harbour! Would have to work with the simple living and off the grid lot challenges
