Being South Indian I've never had khichdi all of my life, I made this for dinner today and the whole of my family just loved it, I just added some bits of chicken and the chewyness gave a great feel. Thanks buddy for this video.
Being Gujarati we eat Khichdi daily at evening time (plain khichdi without masala). Masala khichdi we prepare occasionally. This recepie looks very much authentic. Superb chef 👏. It's healthy and easily digestible recepie for all age group people. Gujarati food always awesome 😊

Mere papa hume yehi banate hai mumma bimar ho to.. and end me bhuna jeera powder dalte hai and hum koshimbir(onion,tomato,cucumber,coriander ka salad) papad and nimbu/aachar ke sath khate hai garam garam ek number!
