I can't believe you welded tgat way smaller pipe into the larger stock pipe. Should have ordered same size and flanged instead of restricting flow to original
When I had exhaust cut for a while off the line you could tell a difference with slower acceleration. Top end wise, it had more power and acceleration. As soon as I put a glass pack on it you it gave it the needed back pressure and I gained back the off the line acceleration.

How did you wire it ?can we see where you routed the wire ?
This is my old truck - I took it to a shop that did all the wiring etc.
How does it sound on ECO/MDS? Mine sounds like shit but I have a 2012. Any issues with reduced acceleration with cutout open?
