    The conversion really made a difference.
    Will you make a video of the conversion at some point or at least explain how you did it and which parts you used?

    would you say aluminium molds for fishing lures on a stock Ttc 450 pro with 500w spindle is possible? or what are the problems i would run in to do you think? would love to hear your toughts :)

    • @VAZHURERACING
      @VAZHURERACING  24 дня назад

      Can't say anything about Pro version. 500w not too much.. But it possible with some limitation... I made some parts with 300w spindle..😀
      Mostly problem is the low weight and rigidity of cnc... any vibrations is bad for the result

    So nice!
    1. Is this the 500W Spindle from TwoTrees or another one? Without cutting the motor seems not that loud.
    Sometimes it seems loud, but just when the cutter "does not feel well" in the material ;) :D
    2. The ait hose to get rid of the dust from milling is this part of the kit?

      Nope. 1.5kW spindle. Air pump for aquarium/laser used. Sometimes it seems loud because of MDF table. you can bend it by finger easily.

      This is not a TTC450 anymore. It used to be, but it's heavily modified.

      my Nema 23 has an open loop. Yeah, I did change the motherboard, but you can still use the old one with external drivers.

      Ok , thank's for all , i will use screwball instead of Lead. ;-)

    • @VAZHURERACING
      @VAZHURERACING  6 месяцев назад

      Ball screw is a good choice. I've bought 1204 already, but there's a lot of changes in the design.

      @@VAZHURERACING yes , but a lot of play in lead nut ( but you have found a solution... i try the same but nema 17 lose steps now..... so i prefer take a bit of time to be sure.)
      your 3D model will be a win time for me .
      i think i will add a belt between the 2 Yaxis nema ( with the 17 the perp can be loose )
      thank's

    Hi! Do you think with this setup you could cut knife blades in stainless steel up to 5mm thick? I am looking for a small machine for very small use e.g. one knife per week.

      Not tested for steel, can't say anything 🤗

    hello, do you think your machine will be able to machine steel? with suitable cutting conditions

    • @VAZHURERACING
      @VAZHURERACING  6 месяцев назад

      Nope, without cooling (fog or something like this). Not enough of rigidity and torque of spindle🤔

      Just tried cut steel. It works, but vibrations, and you need good tool photos.app.goo.gl/eniCgkNYJ6Lhau1i8

      Not on the original or 500w version.. Too weak.. This is probably over 1kw judging by the size of the spindle..
