I went yesterday and the dude dropped a whole brisket on the floor as he was pulling it out of the butcher paper. He just kicked it out of the way and they gave him another one. He had impressive knife skills though. The food was some of the best I've had at a bbq joint.
Man…. That sucks, but it happens. A lot of moving parts and tallow makes everything slick. Haha. It’s some of the best. I’m very lucky to have worked there.
Been here multiple times. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had, however, you are going to pay an arm and a leg. $30+ for 3 meat plate. Also wish their mac and cheese was better but their BBQ is out of this world. I order their gold BBQ sauce that shit is amazing.
If you compare the amount of meat and sides to the price of a steak at a steakhouse, I think it’s fair. Plus, the price of all bbq meats are very expensive right now and the cooking process takes way more time and labor. Good bbq should not be cheap.
@@knoxavebbq bang on, I pay raw weight nearly £10 for a rack of decent weight pork ribs in the UK, even selling them at £20 a rack I am not making much of a profit off them, beef ribs too, lucky to make a couple of pound a rib.
