$20k and $8k were two bids we received to re-level our pavers after a sump pump failed and lifted many of them out. You just saved me a ton of money, I cannot thank you enough!!!
Bud, you just saved my life! I’ve had water issues on my patio for a few years. So glad I found you! Going to try this. Now where to rent a plate compactor from🤔 Honestly, thanks again!!!
Hey George, Been awhile since a new video. No pressure. Just noticed had quite a few coming then dropped off. Just wanted to say hope all is well for your business. Your family and your health. Thank you for your videos and look forward to next one and to hear all is well!
Aaron, yes everything's fine and thanks for asking.Just been busy with everything, but new videos soon. Mosquito Police has been consuming a shit ton of my time.
In my country we add a little cement to the wetted lime stone screening so that it would compact and harden up and would provide a larger base area and hence less pressure on each cell. I do not believe that sealing the gaps would be a long term repair as the individual paver will still create a lot of pressure in the granulated lime stone screening. That is only a temporary repair and it will finish up sinking as the previous one, which is what the worker wants but not what the owner of the home wants! . It is well known that Pressure is equal to Force over area so one might as well discuss it with the home owner.
very informative video, have you considered making a video on organizing your work tools so they aren't a jumbled mess in a shop? and perhaps a video of what tools you use on paver patios, the scraper is one i never even thought of
@@GPackard Well if you take your time to get videos like that made they will definitely have me smash the like button for sure, Thanks for the response Packard!
what you see ezekiel is a super busy shop. anyone who has the time to clean it before winter doesn't know marketing ! do you get the message or just wanna bitch ? relax brother i love ya !
@@GPackard Sounds great! I was rewatching some of your videos last night and realized that I haven't seen you in a while! Look forward to seeing them! Take care! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Hey, can I do this without a compactor? I want to fix my dad's brickwork because his wheelchair keeps getting stuck and he almost slipped out of the chair after getting stuck on some uneven bricks. Keep in mind in a graphic designer and I've been gardening for a few years but I know basically noting about paving... 🙈
My answer is probably to late, but yes you can do it with a rubbermallet but keep in mind, that if you do more than 3 square feet you should do it with a compacter otherwise you wont have enough power do a lot of feet. The weight of the mallet is also important. And how uneven is the pavement? Sounds like a lot, so you probably should rip alot out and take some sand to make the paving stones even.
Sorry I'm so late but yes you can pull them out add some base material like Limestone screenings or sand place the pavers back and beat them with rubber mallet until their level with each other.
when i was a lad working i worked with a guy always on his knees never wearing pads, his knee caps were completely flat, i don't know how he even managed to walk, since i saw them i always wore knee pads!
Loved the video. Quick question though. When you say wet it 3 times, do I add more sand every time or am I just wetting it? Also, how much is a rough estimate for that job yall did?
You wet it leave it sit for 15 or 20 minutes that activates the ingredients to make them hard and you wet them again same thing with another 15-20 minutes then you're done. You don't have to add any more sand this is how you activate their polymeric sand according to their instructions.
Wes, yeah things are fine, just been extremely busy with the Mosquito Police thing. I'll have more soon though. Thank's for caring enough to write . Love ya Brother !

Not advisable.
Will this work on a raised brick patio?

Yeah man my knees are shot
Thank you so much for your video!
You are so welcome!
Thanks! I need to get at an ant colony under pavers but wanted to make sure I could leave it better than I found it 😃
Let me know how that works out.
awesome video. Thank you. I also want your advice for pavers sliding down on a new fence we installed last year. How do I level those?
Is the rest of the patio filled with sand? They came up easy so assuming not.
YES
Another great video G!!! You fellas keep up the good work!
will do brother and thank you
Get you some knee pads son. Saved my knees during years of wood floor install
Thanks for the great information buddy
sure cut, your sir are very welcome my friend

As far as a rough estimate I don't remember, I think it was somewhere in the neighborhood of five hundred bucks probably.
I didn’t see the particular sand you were using. We have 1/16-1/8 gap pavers.
Polymeric joint sand poor in between the pavers. Limestone screenings underneath.
Hey Bud, Love the Video's. Hope everything is ok? Haven't see you in a couple months.
Wes, yeah things are fine, just been extremely busy with the Mosquito Police thing. I'll have more soon though. Thank's for caring enough to write . Love ya Brother !
Awesome vid. Very informative just curious on how much would a job like this cost me to do my patio?
A lot
Great info
Glad you think so!
need more videos lol been weeks lol sorry just jk but it would be good to see another. and on start up lawn care and building up the client list.....ty
Terry , been busy but more on the way this fall
Good stuff man, thanks!
thank you
Nice
Thanks
😂Funny and informative
thanks
wonder if the home owner pays a view tax.
Nice job guys.
thanks and If you get a chance, were doing a Expo in Louisville Kentucky for the Mosquito Police, October 17th - 20th, please stop by our booth so I could meet you that would be awesome !
Nobody mentioning those unusually pronounced deltoids on George? That’s what years of picking up stones will do.
RIGHT ON BROTHER !LOL
I had several sunken paver stones on my patio, not from water, but from a chipmunk making his new home. Still haven't got him!
go get em !
Please fix my pavers. They are horrible!!!
Get your checkbook out I'm on my way.
Concrete pavers are highly over rated. Poured concrete needs to come back.
Not where I'm from here in Wisconsin there's two types of concrete that that's broken and that that's going to break at least with pavers you can pop them out and fix them can't do that with concrete!
Could your intro music be more hideous?
only if you spoke in it !
