Absolutely the best work on concrete pavers I've seen in my career. I've built homes for decades and used these materials for a long time and I've not seen anyone as thorough as these guys. If you need your pavers cared for in the finest manner you would be nuts to not use this company.

I'm just learning about sealing and I'm a little confused. You said second coat is the flood coat but others do first flood coat and second mist coat. Is it really crucial witch way?
Can you seal pavers if its 115 degrees? Or shoukd i wait until the fall to get it done?
whats a good price range to charge for an entire job of washing,sanding,sealing?
Also, I've seen people walk right through the driveway from the sidewalk. Why not tape off the walk to the driveway?

Thank you for the positive feedback James! Walking on it isn’t as much of a concern as driving on it is. It is good for light walking 20-30 minutes after sealing.

Hi. Is this a one day job or do you need to let the pavers dry after washing and between sealer coats?

Professional steps. At 7:56, is there any reason why you are using normal sand instead of polymeric sand?
If you’re sealing anyways you don’t need poly sand. The sealer locks it into place

i believe polymeric sand, the minute it touches the water it would lock and create an absolite mess i guess, i was actually guessing its just standard washed fine sand he is using?
@@MarcoU308 I tried the polymeric sand and YES it creates one heck of a mess and is very hard to work with

That sand is dry right out of the bag , I just did my patio with the Silicast looks great but the paver sand I got was wet in the bag and Is really annoying to try and work in with the broom. What brand sand do you use or recommend that is dry? I'm aware you wet sand too. Great job btw
Thank you for the comment! We use silica sand. We have a supplier close to us. It has a heavy grain and fills up the joints nicely. Good for both wet and dry sanding
Why did you switch to a BE surface cleaner from the Whisper Wash Classic?
I use both now. The BE is good for coving a ton of area, but the whisper wash is a lot better for removing tough weeds.
I have had sand added and they were powerwashed
Do you have any recommendations for which algicide to use?
I use a mixture of chlorine, water, and soap
...this is fantastic - makes my job (stink) in comparison. Professional vs. my guys (lets hurry and get out of here).
What degreaser do you recommend using?
Muratic acid works good on oil stains
