That looks like it’s only the fabric top and the fleece. Do I do it all the same way is your want another piece of fabric for the back

It's optional if another piece is for something to go inside. But if it's more like a reversible item, I would probably do the same on other side then!

What if you want to have your diamond shapes longer? More pronouced. Your diamonds almost look like sqaures on point.
