      Yeah I do that too and it usually works for me but I had a customer the other day that still had the pain/blocked ears a few days after a flight and the Dr told him there’s nothing he could do 😕

      Last flight i had was the worst. Was harder to get the yawning to work. Generally ok tho.

      I just did a video on Serrapeptase and to answer your question there just aren’t enough studies to confirm whether they can be safely taken together long term. It is likely fine for either of them to be taken with k2 but the other question I would ask is what is the reason you are taking Lumbrokinase together with Serrapeptase?
