If you are gonna add erytritol to it might as well add real cane sugar or 1tsp of honey… well if you aren’t afraid of sugar anyway. Of the raw honey I use 1tsp is 40kcal… and honey is natural and has a low glycemic index compared to cane sugar. Like 40 extra calories dispersed in a dip you’re only gonna eat a quarter to half of isn’t gonna break a diet or health goals.

    I have a better one.
    IMHO
1 c. Greek yogurt, plain (whole milk kind)
1 c. Sour cream (the normal kind)
    1 c. Buttermilk
1/2 c. Mayo (the one with no soy or sunflower oil, only avocado or olive oil)
Then all of the spices and herbs. Don’t skimp on the parsley or the black pepper. Or the salt: we need the electrolytes. Actually don’t scamp on any of the spices or herbs.
Be sure there are no food additives.
Make extra and store for later. The good fats in this one will give you what we need to prevent Alzheimer’s and breast cancer.

What's wrong with fat? I would make this but use the highest fat yogurt I can find which is still usually only around 10%

      Depends on your needs
As someone with a delicate liver and no gallbladder anymore I need low fat foods
This page is bs anyway though she said 10cal for the Greek yogurt version and even with the healthiest yogurt you’re not getting it down to 10cal.
And she was 145cal for the traditional kind but that’s a double serving not a single serving.

@@x91Princessx I've heard many times that there is no actual problem with eating a high fat diet like the Carnivore diet or Keto even if you've had your gallbladder removed. That's coming from a MD as well. Look up "Ken Berry can I eat keto without a gallbladder".

@@BrodyYYC well if eat something high in fat then I’ll be in physical pain for a few days after so honestly I don’t know how much I believe that.
I’m too afraid of the pain to be taking risks like eating high in fat frequently.
Maybe it’s fine for most people but some of us are just more prone to liver disease or something like that.

@@x91Princessx I get that. In the video it says if you don't have a gallbladder you need to adjust really slowly until your body adapts to the higher fat.
