For the tzatziki I think it's a good idea to strain the cucumber before mixing it so that it doesn't become too runny

Thank you for the recipes. I made your ranch dip and used some with a little shredded cucumber and that made an incredible sauce for cold leftover baked salmon. Again your recipes are so easy to downsize for single person and I can make just the right amounts! Many of your recipes make it perfect for me to just get garden produce and make something quick and easy (and healthy) for this old gal to make a quick supper. Blessings and love from California!

Great recipes, I like using yogurts whenever I can for a more healthier and lighter option. I didnt use greek but the plain yogurt whole milk worked fine. Thanks you

As a greek I fainted when I heard dill on tzatziki. Everything else great video and recipes!
How to make the secret perfect greek tzatziki from my grandgrandmother original recipe:
Greek yoghurt 5-10% fat,
Cucumber soaked in seasalt overnight in a strainer without the seeds(take them out with a teaspoon)
Black pepper
Salt (if needed)
Olive oil
Garlic
Mix everything and then for serving, sizzle some oliveoil and top that with little fresh oregano and 1 black olive in the middle. You're welcome!

I cam here to find simple salad recipes because I want to avoid store bought salad dressing. I am trying to cut out sugar when I can, and often they hide a lot it in store bought dressings. These are perfect and so easy! I am going to make the Tzatziki sauce tonight!
