Ive had this toaster for many years, exact same but its branded as SAGE. Its a decent toaster, for UK loafs the slots could be wide. After years the heating elements are now a bit weak but it still toasts well on the higher settings. The undertrays are very useful. Highly recommended, dont buy more expensive toasters.
Its been perfect for me also, and in use daily. 🙂

Does it toast bread quickly?
I haven't noticed any real difference in toasting time from the toaster it replaced.
I loved this toaster but 3 years on the electronics died.. mid toast it would turn the crumpet option on and burn the toast.. turning it off for a few hours helped sometimes.. then the toast would not stay down.. great design.. crap electronics.. you should get 10-20 years out of a toaster.. the only thing that should need replacing is the elements

Perhaps you have the crumpet mode enabled, if so , it would then toast one side darker than the other.

That's the Crumpet program setting, it's meant to toast one side darker than the other.🙂
@@GarryPurcell No it's not crumpet program, you are wrong he is speaking of the first sandwiches.
I noticed this as well. The inward facing side of the toast on the left is a lot more toasted than the outward facing. Trying to find a toaster that toasts evenly, even if a single slice, sick of having to rotate my toast constantly to get consistency. I guess I'll keep looking.
