@@TexasLandandRanchLiving do you happen to know what the minimum size land for ag lender is and going APR and down-payment? More or less not exact.
Low, since I don't have my mortgage license I am not allowed to answer the questions about rates and down payment with any authority. However, a lot of those questions are answered in a video I did with a lender from Capital Farm Credit. I will reply with a link to it.
