Hello Kait! thank you for this video. I was almost in tears watching it because I have been dealing with elevated blood pressure for a year now. And having a hard time losing significant weight no matter what I do. This is new to me as I have never had high blood pressure or a weight problem. I am 49, and had a lot of stress due to a family crisis. I am 60 pounds overweight now. My doctor thinks its the weight. My sugar is good, my cholesterol is good, my thyroid is good, but my waistline is well over 35 inches. I'm thinking I have metabolic syndrome. I asked for a blood pressure prescription and they gave me the one you mentioned in the video. Left me with a dry cough every day off and on all day, so I stopped. I am going to do everything you mentioned in this video to help. I refuse to let this be a problem in my otherwise good health.
my bp wa 136over 86 for years at least 45yrs. then i went carnivore and my bp came down to 76 over 115 or lower. amazing amazing i've been carnivore for 3.5 years and i'm 70 yo male... amazing health
Mine has been persistent for years. I’ve been low carb, keto, carnivore for almost 3 years. Lost 25 lbs and gained half back. On an ARB and a calcium channel blocker. Also a beet supplement 2x daily and plenty of electrolytes. Also trying a CPAP to promote better sleep and hopefully lower BP.

Yes it will. I was going to make the same comment as you. Kate's video is excellent, but she missed out excercise. Basically any type of execrcise will help (aerobic, HIIT, isometric), but isometric excercise actually works the best (and is quick and fairly easy to do). I’m on 3 drugs for bp and it’s still high.
I brought my blood pressure down with carnivore diet.

I start the day with 350 grammes of beef with fat and do not eat for the rest of the day.
