What a wonderful display of fish husbandry and beautiful incorporation of aquariums into a landscaped backyard. The real MVP is Sarah the camera woman haha!
This was fantastic. I would hit the like button twice if I could. This gentleman has gorgeous ponds. AND gardens. I could sit out there all day and watch. What an inspiration. Not just for ponds but for conservation as well. The fact that he has rescued most of the fish is awesome. Great video. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Matt is my ex-housemate.
Miss ya heaps Matty. Congrats on all your hard work and success. ❤
Very cool. Thanks for another great vid. I just finished your entire play list it took me 3 months and has inspired me to get some tanks and start breeding some fish. My first sporn of 56 kribensis are a month old and going strong thanks to you Nick. Its all so very cool and i really appreciate the beauty you have bought to my life.😊
Thank you so much this is one of the nicest comments I’ve ever received ❤️❤️❤️
@@KeepingFishSimple you are very welcome. I look forward to coming up there to buy my first apisto's and hopefully getting to meat you in person. Regards John
come back too cairns anytime nick@@KeepingFishSimple
Thanks to this guy for helping these fish out. Gouramis are one of those fish that ed up badly abused in the aquarium hobby. As well as MANY species of catfish (including the redtail that this guy has, right down to the common pleco!) and even the bog standard goldfish. It's fantastic to see someone who is willing to take in some of those kind of larger fish that most people just dispose of. BTW That turtle is so damn cute :D
There is something effortless in the way your smile lights up as you engage other hobbyists. You start to forgot about the camera and be present in a way that opens people up to you; a comfortableness I don't see in the earlier vids. I'm so glad you found your joy early in life. I love these tours and bet they get your creativity flowing, too. All the best!
I would have loved another half hour of this! Thanks for sharing!
I met Mat a number of years ago at a ANGFA NQ. meeting when I was on my travels, I'm not sure if he remembers me but he was telling me about his large setups, It's great to finally see them, a really nice bloke, Great video!
Now that is a cool Backyard. What a fantastic place to sit back and kick your feet up to chillax as you are looking at the Fish swimming around that beast of an Aquarium.
