My thoughts so far as to why this can morph, is potentially from trauma at a young age or alternatively the absolute hidnerance of Fe development (not being able to voice opinions, show emotional displays, talk about feelings etc) In a infj child with this type of trauma, their Fi will go into overgear, the elaborate internal workings become the safest space for expression...leading to the enneagram...almost to counterbalance, to pull out the "feeling" in a safe way. The enneagram shows 9 different angles to some common human "issues" and everyone can relate to at least a little bit from every enneagram type. However, one of them is the the lens through which you look at things - the wing adds a little bit of substrate to the energy of your type.

It can be exhausting because I left my previous job from just taking on a lot of responsibility. Rarity doesn't mean impossible. Dive deep and trust your gut instinct. ...also I suggest not relying on online tests but seeking professional typology practitioners. INFPs and INFJ's share NO cognitive functions and are drastically different. They appear similar due to them both belong to the family of introverted intuitive feelers But the way they process life and react/engage is completely different....maybe spend some time understanding the cognitive functions individually. Scored high on most other wings taking the test, sometimes beating the 4 wing by a good margin.
What is the value of a 'wing' in this system anyway ?
The enneagram shows 9 different angles to some common human "issues" and everyone can relate to at least a little bit from every enneagram type. However, one of them is the the lens through which you look at things - the wing adds a little bit of substrate to the energy of your type.
@@INFJinxed Hey, thanks for the reply. I get that, as the MBTI 'saying' goes.. "all 16 types use all 8 functions..". The whole wing thing threw me for a loop, though. 1, 8, 6, 4
I think the way you describe 4 is i think the immature one, because i used to be like that, when i was childish and immature, but now i just really want to be the opposite...
Yes, I am talking about what enneagram calls "the average state of the types".
I am a guy here, INFJ and 1w2!
Türkçe altyazı gelse çok sevinip izleyeceğim ama izleyemiyorum. 😢 ınfj 9 ben
1w2 and it’s exhausting.
Lol. I don't know about you but being an INFJ 1w2 for me creates an incredible drive to do right whatever that means and to control my pure rage/frustration about the world. XD.
@@Rinsuki Exactly. Exhausting. Whereas most people have a struggle learning self-discipline and self-motivation, I am having to learn how to be more patient with myself and let go of control every once in a while. Trust does not come easily to me. Neither does asking for help.
@@kimberlysoto3490 This is true! I am better with the asking for help because if it accomplishes my goal. So I am in a new work place and while I like to be independent I understand that there is a lag period until I know what I'm doing, but you are right about trust. It can be exhausting because I left my previous job from just taking on a lot of responsibility. I never ask others to conform to my methods and if I gauge that they can't I will do it even if it sucks for me because I assume that role easily. Others have taken advantage of me and I was burning out. I can't trust them to do the job and I also can't trust that they will help me because I know they can't help me. I remind myself I always say why can't people be kinder. You INFJ should be kinder to yourself too because you are only human. Don't get me wrong we will still have perfectionistic tendencies. 1w2 is just very exaggerated with this.
@@Rinsuki Extremely. I understand you completely. The worst part is that old habits die hard. The older I get the harder it becomes. However, right now I am at a point where it absolutely needs to happen because my shortcomings are starting to affect others around me and I just cannot have that. You are absolutely right when you say we need to learn to be kinder to ourselves. I believe that is the key. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. 😊
I got 2 hmmm
Enneagram 1w2 infj
tfw you're INFJ enneagram 6w5 and it's not in the video :')
Yup. At least media INFJ heroes are also 6w5. Aragorn, Deku, Armin, Will Graham, Obi-Wan Kenobi
Exactly it's one of the most common
Hi, which enneagram type are you?
6 is also very common iN INFJ
Infj - t, enneagram 1 here.
Imagine being INFJ-A 1w2 it sucks:((
There Is no "A"
I’m an infj 5w1, how does that work?! Does that even exist?!
No, the wing can only be adjacent to your type. So 5w6 or 5w4 are possible wings for the 5.
Being an INFJ 1w9 sucks. Life is so hard 😌
Pelo visto, somente eu e você temos esse eneatipo por aqui. A maioria dos INFJs do tipo 1 tem a asa 2.
Im here INFJ 1w9 too😌
Thank you so much for this video! How do you think an INFJ 5w4 would compare to an INFP 5w4?
I am certain about my enneagram 5w4 but never sure whether I am an INFJ or INFP. It seems like INFP 5w4s are very rare, but the very little I've managed to find about it sounds a whole lot like me (of course INFJ 5w4s also sounds a lot like me and is less rare but therefore my dilemma :/)
Hey! I made a series of posts about MBTI and enneagram combinations on Instagram - feel free to check it out! ☺️
Rarity doesn't mean impossible. Dive deep and trust your gut instinct. ...also I suggest not relying on online tests but seeking professional typology practitioners.
INFPs and INFJ's share NO cognitive functions and are drastically different. They appear similar due to them both belong to the family of introverted intuitive feelers
But the way they process life and react/engage is completely different....maybe spend some time understanding the cognitive functions individually. Erik Thor on RUclips is fantastic so is CS Joseph.
INFJ 1w9 here :)
what about type six?
type 6 is also possible
INFJ told me I was like Ghanaian, Enneagram 1 told me I’m like the red guy from the movie Inside Out 🙈
Me who is still not sure weather I'm a 2 or 9, and then you say that often occurs xD It's funny though that I'm either 9w1 or 2w3, is that possible?
you might have both of them in your tritype. I do as well. 2w3 is my main type, but my tritype is 296.
If my enneagrams say 5 (93%), 1 (93%) and 9 (90%) Does that make me a INFJ 51w9? No wonder I’m so messed up. 😂
I'm infj 8w7 !
Mistyped
@vitonzo - lo
Maybe INFJ 1w2 , Because I always find the result between 1 AND 8
@@abdallahls7673 you probably are an SX1, they tend to be mistyped as E8, but E8 It's literally the opposite of NI-dom😅, you might as well have 8 in your fix if you really think you are an E8
@vitonzo - lo
I'm an INFJ
and my enneagram results always 1 and 8
_ there is INFJ 8W7 and they are extremely rare , they are deferent they're like entx 🙂
Im not mistyped and I don't need test to know if I'm an infj or not ! I'm one and I hate my life lol
@@abdallahls7673 I didn't say that you are not an INFJ, I'm just saying that you are not an E8, and no, they don't even exist
I'm pretty sure I'm an INFJ 8w9
INFJ can't be E8😂
You know you don't give advice to infj if they see something they'll grasp it.....i hate hearing advice i only give
I have taken the test and I am INFJ-T Enneagram type 1 wing 4. 😅
Maybe that's why my workmates tells me that I'm like an activist.😂
I really hate injustices and I always tries to fix/improve our work strategies in a detailed manner. I have a keen eye for errors and I almost always tries to fix it. 😅
Maybe I'm too workaholic and too passionate on my work. 🤷🏻♀️😅
TFW you are a 6w5 :(
