    I worked on this spot. You were right, it was just a 4k through an 8 ft full grid through the window outside. And it was shot by Sam Chiplin :)

    Even in the first 3:35 seconds, breaking down the first shot, there's more info packed into that analysis than I see in most TY videos on lighting. Like the podcast, this channel is gold

    Another incredible Breakdown. What I would love to see is where you do one of those Breakdowns and have the actual DP or Director there with you as a Guest and hear what he has to say about the breakdown and maybe give some insight on the actual shoot. I think that would be an amazing conversation. Kinda like what Peter McKinnon does on what he calls "Photo Storys" where he gets other Photographers on his Channel to talk about some of their pictures and how they were made.

    Nice breakdown - I couldn't help feel slightly rushed at the end without any full grasp of the commercial. I think playing the advert in full, allowing us to see how you're comments and analysis tie in with the story and final product, would be a nice finishing touch. Great stuff all round! Thanks a lot!

    This could easily be a paid workshop.
    PS :maybe a breakdown of unsuccesfull cinematography. What went wrong and what should be treated in different way.

    You tip on the Tian Tubes for ambient lift, I am wondering if LiteMat 4 would be more efficient? Seems like LiteMat is everyones "go to" these days. And then accent corners and practicals with Tubes if necessary.
