Did you feel the change in HP when you installed your SXTH down pipe. I just got mine yesterday. I'm just wondering if its something you can feel.

Question for you Chris seeing as you own a VN, as do I. If given the opportunity, would you park the N for a new Golf R?

TBH if you want awd grip and tune 400hp+ with better tech get the Golf R. The Veloster N has the feel and character with more fun in mind. It's funny I've though about that since the MK8 R came out and I've driven a couple. At the same time for that price I would probably stretch for something with 6 cylinders.... M340I or G87 M2 thats a different story on its own.

@@chrismac2298 Nice one Chris, thanks for the response man. I was a VW man all my life then came to Canada in 07 and the dubs out here just aren’t the same as in Europe. Played around with a 2018 Si coupe for a couple of years before stumbling across the N. love the car for all the reasons you mentioned and more. It reminds me of the Mk1 Golf GTi from back in the day which brings a smile to me every time I get behind the wheel. Having said that, the R does call out to me though. I just know that if I go to the dealership to test drive one, I’ll be ruined. First world problems, I know. Keep up the reviews man and keep that N looking crisp. Bless up 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Does having an exposed air intake harm the engine? Keep seeing different things online wanting to do this for my 2022 VN

From my knowledge it doesn’t call harm I’ve ran my system for over 2 years.

i love my N but i wish they made them in awd

Agreed that would be nice all I recommend is all of the mounts and bushings along with a boost by gear setup to get maximum traction. Lack of AWD to me gives it a more sportier and less restrictive feel.
