  • The most comforting Vegan Pho (Phở Chay) is here! The broth is flavorful, light, and packed with lots of aromatic spices. The stock is made from charred vegetables and toasted spices to create that complex broth flavor. 中文食谱往下滑, 谢谢收看.

    love this more and more. But a small suggestion, I know these are dishes which are to be made the same. I am from India, so most of the ingredients are not available at all. So please tell some alternatives like easily available substitutes for such. Please make more rice items also.

      You can just replace all the spices with Chinese 5 spice powder, that's how I do it. I save on time and effort in sourcing ingredients. 💗

    Is it important to cook the noodle in its own pot? Or can one add them direct to the broth?

    • @WoonHeng
      @WoonHeng  2 года назад +3

      Hi Nick, yes, I prefer that because I want to keep my pho broth clear. Some noodles will have starch and affect the broth.

    aside from the lack of meat flavor, how does this broth differ from the beef? is it more sweet?

    • @WoonHeng
