You can shoot through shields with ballistic weapons, reason why you should never take an energy fps weapon.
3.23 shields absorbs alot of ballistic damage now, like 50%

no cause u would friendly fire and get a stat or a lot of time ppl will shot out of being spooked but will stop shooting and say sorry and heal you up.. so they gave all the power to the person who is shot first weather they feel it was intentional
@@MMORPG87 As Deadly mentions, if you're fighting for your life you don't really have time to hit the prompt, but if it was an accident and everyone is chill then you have the opportunity. I think it should just be flipped around, charges will be filed if you don't hit any buttons, but you can press a button to not file charges if everything is chill.
