- Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard announced the creation of a new task force to address the rise in break-ins of upscale homes in exclusive neighborhoods in metro Detroit.
This should've been addressed before and formed earlier after the ongoing reports and increase of crime.
Did no one see or have any discussion about it?
If a homeowner were to be home when they entered, could a homeowner (hypothetically) make sure they don’t leave if said homeowner or the homeowner’s family felt threatened in “any” way? Asking for a friend.
Check the people that have moved and set up safes and security systems for those rich folks.

I'd love to ask them. Why hasn't a task force been set up to protect businesses from "smash and grab," break-ins of common folk's homes or attacks on "non rich" citizens? Why wait until the "rich folks" are affected to do something?
