went to go see the fathom event 25th anniversary showing last week. It was great to see it on the big screen everybody was singing and laughing their asses off watching this. i was only like 11 or 12 when it came out so i couldnt go see it. So it was worth it. Too bad my 4k copy is delayed by amazon. Bastards.
I noticed colors changes from shot to shot. Sometimes their skin is bright, sometimes it is darker tinted. I don't think it's my 4k player or TV because the Blu-ray does not do it. It is weird because I didn't notice it in theaters either. Not sure what is going on with that, but the colors are definitely not consistent. I say this as a fan who has been watching the show since the beginning. I can tell when something is off.
It’s the movie itself. I have the old dvd and a digital copy, the coloring’s just like that. It’s very botichoe because the different green’s in Kyle’s hat aren’t too noticeably different throughout the whole film
I ordered this from Amazon way back on April 22, and yestrday morning I get an email from them saying its been delayed until next Wednesday! Isn't that some BS!

Same! I couldn't see it at that age at release. Watching it in theaters now was very satisfying.

Haven't watched this since my VHS which is long gone now. Would like to get it but it's on the more expensive side
South Parks animation style doesn't seem like something that would look that much different in 4K than it did even on VHS.
Does anyone know if the 4K disc is region locked?
Idk, I just ordered it but I do have a multi region bluray player, so I’ll see what it does when it gets here
